Worst reception. I arrived at night at the venue for check in and Mr Gaurav, the attendant was ready to charge me super premium for it. 5 times the price offered online. He said he won't accept my online booking if I do it then. Great to know how you greet potential customers. Reply to below comment: Your employees are blatant liars. I never asked for a deluxe room for standard price. And I never threatened to give any bad review. I didn't even thought of it at that point. I only told him that he is taking advantage of the situation, I didn't do anything to disrespect him let alone misbehaving. In spite of all this my father was nothing but extra polite to him. The guy even offered me to book the room off the books to cheat out of gst. He said that if I empty the room before 6 he can get 300 extra off of my bill. Such liars and cheats you have working under you. You should instead listen to both sides before blaming someone for rude behavior. Really expected better from you at least. They are fraud Just read my full review you will understand:- 1. Despite being a member and trying to book a villa room through the hotel's membership plan, I was denied availability. However, upon checking as a regular customer, rooms were suddenly available. This inconsistency in treatment is disappointing and raises questions about the benefits of being a member." 2. "The hotel's membership plan failed to deliver its promised benefits. As a member, I expected priority booking and access to amenities like villa rooms. Unfortunately, my request was denied, yet these rooms were offered to non-members. It undermines the value of their membership program." 3. When I approached the management regarding the issue, I received no resolution or acknowledgment of the discrepancy. Their dismissive attitude towards a member's concern showcases a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction." 4. When we purchased there membership they assured us that spa and salon facilities will be available from may it also written on given coupons but till the date no facilities are offered such a fraud. Please dont do that type of frauds when you are in service industry like that where people are trusting on you and if this review reaches you as owner take some strict actions

Stopped to have lunch on the way from Delhi to Nagpur. This is an MP tourism hotel, very conveniently located on the NH44 on the left side when coming from Agra. It is on the outskirts of Gwalior and has lots of prime area There is lot of parking available and the building is nice and done in heritage style. Did not use the rooms, but the restaurant is nice and clean. However, the bathrooms were choked and had not been maintained properly, even though the fittings were modern and new. Food was nice and the service was also good. Main problem was that they did not have any digital payment and accepted only cash. This really caught us off guard, since in today's India, hardly anyone insists on cash. Even roadside vendors accept digital money. Best was the excuse given by the staff that there was no network, but their computers and the ATM was working!

We stayed here while traveling from Delhi to Hyderabad as it is on the highway. Staff was very cooperative including front desk & service staff. The resort part was still under construction but seems it would be a beautiful experience for the customers once it is available.

While traveling to my hometown (nasik) from Delhi i stayed here & had a good experience with very polite staff of this hotel. I would like to recommend your hotel if anyone is interested to travel on this route.

It was Nice place to stay with my friends traveling back from Panna National Park to Delhi. Rooms were clean and food was good. We only stayed here for one night but would love to stay again when travel to Gwalior in future.

On 20th August 2022, while travelling from Agra to Sagar, we stopped at this place for lunch. It was raining heavily and the comfort provided by the staff there is excellent. Food provided was delicious, location of hotel is good, behavior of the staff is excellent. Allover, it was a very good experience. Thank you!

Very bad experience...one of the worst place to stay..we were 4 family stayed here enroute to Jhansi..no water in washroom, stinking rooms. Extra bed provided was just a sheet of foam that too very dirty. No centralized ac, washroom don't have exhaust. This was the condition of a deluxe room.

The first allocated room had a faulty shower, when we complained they made us wait for 30min, and then changed the room wasting our time. Rooms are okay, but too much money minded. We had a furry baby with us, and a cooker with rice. All we asked was to cook it, they want 100rs for 3 whistle 😂😂. When I checked their price list, just a bowl of curd costs 99rs. I didn't't like anything except the rooms were clean. So my overall experience is mostly bad here EDIT : to reply to response. Boss, what you mean by we were uncomfortable? I clearly written a faulty shower. and about 30-40min to clean up other room - initially you sent a electrician to repair a shower, electrician checked and left saying he will send plumber. and plumber never showed up. I had to call your desk twice. All this is recorded either in CCTV or your log book. Please check that, and read and understand my comments first. then reply. thanks

don't get FOOLED by the pics... the hotel which u book on the net is different from the resort pics posted on the internet. the hotel was being renovated wen we stayed .the old rooms were small and damp smelling ,while the newly renovated ones wr giving us tears of new paint ! the staff wr , well govt employees, so there was nothing like hospitality. all frowns for changing the rooms that took over an hour . then i asked them for a plug point to charge my EV ,they refused. tho i also offered them to pay for the units i consume as i have a metre attached for such occasion. but they just refused to co operate.(i have charged it in many hotels even dhaba and paid too) after that i stopped complaining for the dirty linen or the towels or the missing toiletries. you cant expect more from a govt hotel .. its MPT . till govt turns its head towards tourism thats such a neglected potential like the psu stocks . the only thing that was good was the food in their restaurant,that was again a part of the resort. hot water was available.(as mentioned in many reviews). tho the hotel is right on the highway there was no noise in the room. and.... the swimming pool that attracts most .. was dirty to the point of being unusable.

No bathtub🛁 in villa. Even no shower 🚿. 🤣🤣🤣. Are balti mug lo aur bahar road pr jakar nha lo, is sb ki kya jarurat hai 🤣🤣. Desi banda 🤣. My advice is stay in OYO rooms than this.😎 I also want attach pics, but don't know how to upload 😭. Stained bed sheets , looks likes someone previously very much enjoyed this hotel 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I really enjoyed power cuts, bachpan k study days ki yaad dila di 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Very good experience staying here, the staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to fulfil your wishes. Very big pool and the best of it all is it is a pet friendly place, so just have fun here with your pets too.

Excellent location as it's in the middle of the highway and for families,you wouldn't get a safe and better option than this . We stopped for a tea break and spent almost 30-40 Minutes .Use 1 Floor washrooms ,Instead of the outer one as they are publicly available so they don't even maintain much. Overall 4/5

We were travelling with our two dogs, the stay was very comfortable and the staff was very cooperative with us, specially Mr. Husain was very helpful as he gave us the biggest room so that my dogs are comfortable.

If you are avoiding to get inside Gwalior city and stay on out skirts so that you can take the south by pass, then this place is the best option, They have veg and non veg different restaurant. Alcohol is not served here. This place is preety decent. It's expensive for budget traveller a bit. All in all had a pleasant stay for a night

Had a pool party here and good service as well as good atmosphere has been felt so far. Area wise outside city skirts well placed and designed as historical yet mordern ambience has been felt. Special concern was availability for electrical vehicle to make elders and needy travel one point to another.

I had a lunch with my family while driving through Delhi to Bangalore in this restaurant. We are very delighted with nice hospitality and delicious food. We recommend having a stop here with your family and friends.

3 stars are only for the room. Rooms are really amazing but they don’t have WIFI in their rooms and they didn’t recharge the DTH in my room. I called them several times and even went to the reception 2 times but still they didn’t recharge it. I will upload the photo for the same. Their is no exhaust fan in the washroom.

One of the only and best AC restaurants between Morena and Gwalior bypass. It is located 3 kms before the bypass. Clean, hygienic place, restaurant is very nice, food quality is very good. Staff is helpful and polite. Cutlery is clean, service is fast. Rates are reasonable. Parking available and safe. Resort is also mentioned as Midway Retreat Bamori by MP government, I think they have tie up with this resort.

Went for dinner, and the experience was not good at all, the service was pathetic. It took around 50 minutes to deliver the ordered food. The cold drinks were not chilled. The fingure bowl was not served after dinner. The furniture was not cozy as we were carrying a tot of around 8 months old, and the only uncomfortable chairs were there. The tables were very puny and due to this, we didn't have enough legroom space. The waiters were the least bothered. We kept on asking for the small things. The tariff was a bit high compared to the service provided. And last, the bill was inaccurate, the served cold drink was 20 rupees only but in the bill, they added 80 rupees, which was not expected. It's a request to kindly check the bill before remunerating.

One of the worst resort I visited with my group. We totally 24pax took 14 rooms on 2nd Of Dec. The rooms were ok but it had bit dusty odour, No hot water to bath in the morning, tgen all of our senior members had to bath with cold water, when we requested for hot water the person at Reception assured us that Hot water will be given in Bukket, then till we checked out they didn't served the Hot water, it seems the neglegency towards the cuatomer from management. Sudden power cut made early morning to ugly morning. Totally waste management and receptionist Mr. Sourabh who is a just show man. Dont stay here...

Hotel is really good. It's on NH44 which makes it well connected. Food was awesome. We requested to customize the food as per my kid's taste and they did very well. Thanks Shayam Yadav for being a wonderful host.

Visited the restaurant for dinner with freinds, the atmosphere was good, the food was ok, the service was horrendous as we ordered a bread basket, half the breads was cold we told the staff for a exchange the waiter did not exchange it and talked back, we asked for cold water it was not provided, the silverware was not given we had to ask for it overall service was also worse. The waiter does not accept any request for anything we asked for ice they said not available, cold water not available, drinks listed on menu not available and the language used to answer is not good they talk like we are eating for free there. So a bad experience for us. Will not recommend for dinner.

Hotel Shubhim resort is a family friendly hotel. Food is excellent, service is great, excellent ambience and budget friendly as well. Veg sandwiches and pakodas were excellent.

Had lunch on my way. They promptly replaced all my rotis when told they were too hard to chew. Did not stay here so can't say about rooms & other services. Food tasted okay with reasonable priced. The resort seemed good place to stay for a night or so if one is driving by car.

We stayed in this hotel last time and we were amazed with the services and courtesy of the hotel staff, they were very cooperative and helpful. The best part was been a pet friendly hotel, they have large lawns where our pet can play, they also accommodated our request for a larger room to accommodate out pet as well without any extra price, really very helpful staff and owner.

The place can be much better.. the place and area located is perfect since it will capture most of the travellers. However they need to focus on service and hospitality. The washroom and kitchen needs a proper check. The washroom are stinking and not much clean..

We stopped there in mid of our journey for nightstay, the rooms were super clean, the park at the back was really good, the food was also okay and the service was also good. In terms of the money that we spent, we were satisfied, the only issue we face was there was no water in the morning at 5am, which cam after 15-20mins of our complaint.

Had a night halt at this property, which also goes by the name of "Shubhim Midway Treat" or perhaps also "Shubhim Resort". Booking was done over WhatsApp & UPI for advance, through Ms.Archana, who is not only pleasant in dealing with, but did ample follow-up leading to our arrival and during departure. It is quite conveniently located if one is travelling on NH-44, just outside Gwalior city. More importantly, they were a good pet-friendly option. The property is themed around Indian architecture style found in MP, Rajasthan (Rajputana'esque), with ample use of carved sand-stone. The room provided was quite large, with a powerful AC, large attached toilet, but they seem to have some renovation work underway, and minor niggles are found (one of the taps was leaking sideways when opened, and geyser was not functional due to some recent issue, but staff was more than willing to supply hotwater in buckets). The WiFi however wasn't functional, but we didn't need it, as it was for only one night. TV in the room was large and TataSky connection with basic free packages available. No cons however, that are a deal breaker. Front desk was manned by Mr.Mohit, who has a pleasant and friendly demeanour, and made the check-in/check-out quite smooth. They have ample on-site parking, beautifully sculpted gardens. Finally, the food they served is excellent and amazing value for money. They have an Indane petrol pump right next door. Would love to visit again, perhaps on the way back.

So much Care taken by the Manager Archana Tripathi and her team was Awesome and heart touching. Love and affection given to our pets Labrador 'Jiya' and Lahsa Apso'Phantom' was very soul touching. The Rooms were beautiful with very comfortable mattresses etc,and clean bathroom.Their Chef prepared tasty food and loved it.Overall a very comfortable and relaxing stay at the wonderful huge resort.Once again special thanks to Archanaji, Mohan, Raju and team for welcoming us &to look after us so well. Archanaji you are very impressive as you are extremely committed to your job. You lead your team from the front .God Bless you all.

The staff is really devoted to their responsibilities and the food being served is really good. Shyam Yadav was very generous to show us the property and also highlighted the setup for various possible events. The only problem was that the GM couldn’t give proper justification for the reservations against the events and hence could be a possible loss for business in future. We were very keen to get on a deal for a booking but with such a behaviour I don’t think no one will be willing to work with him.

We stopped by this restaurant yesterday. At first we thought it will be expensive, but prices are reasonable and food was excellent. Great taste, good service. Washrooms could have been better, but I have no commplaints. Will visit again whenever will get the chance.

we visit here twice while traveling, love the Pleasant and relaxing place with beautiful backyard, food and service is also good but can improve the service. We ordered aloo Paratha which was tasty and noodles which is not. Recommended to visit once to enjoy the food nice place.

Shubhim highway treat is a good veg hotel on morena -gwalior road. Ideal for marriages and for occassional meals on the way. And for such good food bill for 4 people was just 980 for full course menu. Hotel rooms are spacious but given its location it is only ideal for function and not for solo biz stays.

Beautiful. The architecture is quiet beautiful and the place is pleasant to stay,nearby space is quiet they also had few birds as (pet) it is also full of greenery and plants. Though according to me it's a bit pricey,but still since it's a beautiful resort and so comfortable it reasonable for the hotel to be a bit pricey. So,overall it was amazing to stay and had a good time.
