The doctors are good, however the service should have been better. Located just beside jessore Road, it can be noticed easily under normal traffic conditions.

This hospital is third class. The main doctor Asit Chatterjee doesn't allow patients to buy his recommended medicines from outside. You will only get the medicine in his pharmacy. he charges full price in the pharmacy. It is clearly visible there is nexus between doctor and medicine company. The doctor only wants money nothing else. Looting poor patients. This is a wrong practice as you will get same medicine outside at 20% discount. How much money he needs. Already he has well established practice. Don't go to this hospital.

The infrastructure is very poor. You have to wait for hours after enlisting your name. So much gathering in a small, closed place in this POST-COVID situation. Rude behavior of male receptionist... even Dr. A Chakraborty was not available in his scheduled time for so many times. My experience is very bad there.

Bad attitude of the front desk staffs. Inspite of having negligible patients in the que their attitude is not welcoming at all. My resolution was not given, they were stuck to just " this can't be done that can't be done" with a very bad tone. I will not recommend anyone in this eye hospital. They have forgotten that they are in the hospitality service sector and they shall be well trained how to talk to customers irrespective of whether the service can done on the same day or not

Most third class eye hospital, patients are not been seen with details, specially who goes for eye check up... Also they will force you to buy spectacles from their hospital and what comes next will give you poor quality glasses with scratches instead of paying 1500 their glasses quality is worst.... Once upon a time all the doctors used to see the patients with care but now all r running behind money... Instead go to NGOs or government eye hospitals they will treat u better...

Good but no discount on medicine. At present all medicine shop allow upto 20% discount. So my suggestion please allow discount on medicine so that the patient party can get some relief.

I wanted to check my eye power so went there to get an appointment for the next day, they told me "u need to call or visit here to book an appointment on the same day, and gave me a number." So, today I called on the number and they said u need to visit here and book an appointment. Even their worker doesn't know what they r doing.

Worst experience ever.. I visited first time on 24th October 2022 to check up my vision..I was told that I have a minus power of -০.25.. On the basis of their recommendation I made a glass cost of 1500 then after using 4-5 days I have been feeling headache plus eyeache.. Then I went today and came to know I have no issue in any of my eyes... Be very careful.

I went for check of my mom. The power provided by the staff was totally incorrect I have that in papers as well. Moreover her issue was totally unidentified. We went for HCQS approval as she was taking HCQS for over 10 years and her doctor asked for clearance but as a hospital we would expect that you guys should have said about other problems as well. Unfortunately we went to sushrut and they are treating her. Giving a wrong power figure from renuka eye institute is totally unacceptable.

The crowd management system could be better, for a eye appointment if someone have to wait for 3/4 hours that's really uncomfortable. Air conditioning is also not working properly.

VERY BAD SERVICE 😡, I NEVER FACED KIND OF SERVICE IN LIFE EVEN IN GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL 👎 I went there for the first time to pull up a piece of hair which was stunk in my left eyelid a day before. But in waiting room infront of 306 doctor room ,They sat me down there more than 30 minute, I saw they call some patient name who registered there name infront of me after my registration ( but they gives more fees than me & I just gave Rs-100) , when I asked that sister who is calling name she said my registration no 47 and those patient registered before me ,& said "we will call you, please wait" I waited there and sawing they were calling many patient name (who registered there name after 1 hour than me) for more 1.5 hours, And after that I complaind in reception that sister said that my registration number is 74 , & then , after complaining being angry, they call me & checked my eye...😡😡😡 If you want to go there to check your your eyes by 100 rupees , they your time, best of luck... 😃

Once your payment is done they no longer care for the patient party . All of a sudden staff behaviour changes .worst conduct once the payment is done.

Dr Chakraborty is very good and experienced, but optometrists are very casual. There must be some limitations of number of patients also as Quality service cannot be assured. The institute is not well managed.

Very bad for medicine part are also don't buying the medicine. No discount. Too many people are monopoly business.

Bad behavior room no 318..for the oldest person... & no sense for timing.. They call morning for OT but they OT start time evening after 4pm...so in that time patient are so hangry... They no offer eny tea or snacks... So my experience not good...my first time visit experience vary bad... & I am not interested for next visit... Other than Dr.. Are very good & very well...👍

Dr. chakraborty is very bad doctor. His attitude & behavior is very bad.He dossn't know how to talk to girls.the system is not good at all.very bad experience.

So cheap system. 😡😡😡. Patients have to wait hours to hours and sitting area is very narrow.Peoples gathered on reception.Reception area is also short.This is my first and last experience in Renuka.Thank you 🙏🏻
