While
recent
modern
exhibits
include
Vanities
black
&
white
photography
exhibit,
and
the
Głuza
exhibit
devoted
to
educating
others
about
the
history,
obstacles,
perspective
and
progress
made
in
Poland's
deaf
community,
you
may
want
to
head
over
to
the
Silesian
Museum
just
for
Moodro
Bistro
&
Cafe.
Aside
from
Nieinaczej
Vegan
Burgers
and
the
always
fantastic
Vegan
AF,
Moodro
may
quite
possibly
offer
what
is
at
once
the
most
delicious
and
aesthetically
pleasing
vegan
brunch
you
will
encounter
outside
of
New
York.
While
not
exclusively
vegan,
Silesian
Museum's
Moodro
has
a
great
brunch
offering
that
includes
an
amazing
green
smoothie
(spinach)
and
a
protein-packed
green
quinoa
accompanied
by
avocado,
greens,
hummus
and
a
gently
boiled
egg.
They
also
have
french
toast
and
other
fare.
The
pet-friendly
restaurant
has
a
decor
that
is
leafy
with
hanging
plants,
cozy,
and
somehow
modern
and
rustic
all
at
once
with
its
chunky
wooden
tables
and
panoramic
floor
to
ceiling
windows.
Overall,
Silesia
Museum
is
great
as
a
former
mining
site,
and
has
a
lot
to
offer.
However,
if
you
want
to
explore
an
underground
mine,
the
nearest
one
is
Guido
in
Zabrze.
10/10
for
Moodro
bistro
10/10
for
Głuza
exhibit
10/10
for
a
great
"campus"
with
cool
events
in
different
buildings.
