Great store to do shopping for things at home, wether is bathroom furniture to kitchen or something new and fresh for your living room or your room. A lot of good products with a lot of variety of things. Also prices ranges from cheap to more expensive depending on what you looking for, but you will find it all.

Absolutely amazing site... Can't say it's a store. It's massive!!!!! Helpful staff and the variety of product is well beyond anything. You can find everything there. Good little food to go and very reasonable prices as well.

Order was delivered exactly 2 days from the ordering date which is relatively fast, but it came without neccesary parts to construct ordered furniture. Contacting with the customer service took about 20 mins although website clearly said there's no one awaiting in queue. During the call staff told me that estimated awaiting time for missing parts delivery is about 14 days. 14 days for 1 screw and 2 nuts. That's not even funny. I'm really let down.

I just love this store ;) Parking is huge ;) The store is also very big ;) It’s really nice that you can eat something inside because shopping inside can get exhausting ;) Downstairs you can buy stuff and upstairs you can look for inspirations;)

A somewhat remote place but it is supposed to be reached by a car or van or taxi... IKEA can speak for yourself, of course. IKEA Katowice is not an exception to the rule. A huge selection of items, friendly, hospitable, helpful staff, cheap and tasty food if you're hungry. A supervised playground for kids under 10 y.o. (up to one hour). Recommended.

collected faulty product and instead of having it immediately replaced by the member of staff i need to go to deal with it through the customer service /another person - customer service waits are extremely long (1hour!) - it is such a waste of time every time i visit (the thought of visiting the store makes my stomach turn!)

Standard IKEA some stuff we were looking for wasn't available as they were waiting for a delivery. Staff super friendly and great employment policy by having such an inclusive team. That's the way to go!
