From the time we checked in, there was no power in the room and inspite of asking for a different room,had to wait for one hour in the reception. Front office manager a very arrogant lady and doesn’t know in which industry is she working for. Moreover, you feel like entering a West Bengal market, because of the entire staff talking loudly in Bengali language disturbing the front office ambience.

I want to book a room for 15 days but Your contact number is switched off.

One of the worst service ever seen and the staffs including chef all were drunk which is against FSSAI 👎🏻 and I have video of one of the staff accepting that the chef is drunk as I’m taking that videos as proof and this total irresponsible management to court

Very good resort with greenery..The swimming pool was so clean. Awesome food served over there. Found very courageous staff, and most helpful staff. Rooms were cozy,road facing rooms have good view.

Location is good but the service is not at all good... they take so much time to prepare the food...and also in such a big restaurant there's no ice-cream or beverages..... from my side this first time experience is very bad...
