Staff keeps following people who are dressed humbly thinking we were going to steal something. On a bill over $100 you do not get testers or just a simple “thank you, goodbye”.

The entire time I was in the store the security guard kept following me around. I don't feel other costumers were treated in the same way. It was very uncomfortable. I've been to other SEPHORAs before and I've never been through anything similar.

This Sephora was well stocked, all brands were available but I found the prices higher than other EU countries.

I am usually not vocal about my experience with the products I online but I do have to say, this was the first time the employee really helped me with the choice. Daliborka went above and beyond to understand my needs and my skin type to indicate which producs should I use and might I add, she was very right. Happy with the choice for the first time, all praises to Daliborka! ❤

Kinda disappointed by the lack of restock on the products. Half of the products to test were with expired dates too(2020) etc… especially the luxury make up brands are there to basically rot. I went for a dior and fenty beauty products, going home empty handed 🙃

It's very clean and have good music. The have Rare Beauty and a lot of other brands. A lot of vegan products too

Went there on international woman's day to buy a gift to my soon to be wife, as a man who is in total lost with this things, the staff did an amazing job trying to figure out what was my wife style and propose a perfect gift that she eventually loved ! I couldn't be happier ! They speak very good English.

A security person interrupted me while I was talking to someone and asked me to leave a rating by scanning a QR code, I’m not impressed.

Sephora Serbia — Once I finally decided to invest in a better foundation, I was left feeling quite bad about it. Namely, Sephora doesn’t have to-go testers of basically anything in the shop, let alone make up, which I truly consider as a very, if not extremely, bad customer service, given that we all know different skin types will react differently to the same products, and nobody really goes to Sephora with a fresh skin prep so as to test their products on-site. Mind the prices as well! Of course I’d need to test something before splurging. Now, when I found a way to do so, despite them being poorly equipped, which was - having a hygienic container in which I could take a bit of the product home and test it as I would wear my own foundation (with all the layers beneath), the worker approached me saying it’s not permitted to do so, which, when you think about it, is quite ironic because I would’ve taken the same amount had I intended to test the product in the shop. Above all, she was very unpleasant and absolutely uninterested to help. Sephora, save us the drama and include testers we could actually test properly.

This place its very comfortable and lovely...not only with products but with the space and great women who wotk there

We are a regular customers, my daughter and I, and I have to say that I have always been amazed for the helpful attitude of the employees and their willingness to provide me with the best choice. They are following my wishes and listening to my needs and tried all the mascaras and shades of blue until we found the best. Also I have bought there a best skin care for face thank to the girl who was there and she estimated according to my skin type Biotherm and now I have tried lots of this brand and my skin has improved and become more glowing. I am looking forward and feeling happy when I plan to go there🤩😄!

All parfume testers were empty, also most of the eye shadow pallets tester were empty or dirty (mixed shadow colors so you couldn't recognize them).

Please note that you will not be allowed in with your head covered. I always wear a hood because it makes me feel so comfortable. You violate my comfort when you ask me to walk around the store without it, justifying it for “safety reasons.” It's outrageous! Set a dress code for visitors at the entrance so that everyone knows how to dress to visit your store.

I will agree with Dimitri from above-as soon as I get in shop with my cap on and bag-lady security was above me,asking to help me with products -sorry isn't it job of selling girls??...so ,please only if we are males and dress with hood or cap or..whatever doesn't mean that we will still something,we will pay
