This restaurant mainly serves seafood, so before we decided to try it, we asked if they had alternative options such as beef and chicken otherwise we weren't going to stay. The waiter said they certainly did. So we got the menu, and many of the beef and chicken options were unavailable. The waiter was rude. When we asked about the appetizers and what they had he answered in a rude way and said you can come inside and check. The appetizers arrived and bread was served with them. We finished the bread and asked for more so that we can eat the remainder of the appetizers. The waiter again was rude and was like I already got you bread. We told him, yes you did but we want more. He said, I will get you but once your food arrives. Also when we ordered water, he poured it into our cups and then took what was left over with him inside. Then the food was ready. It was put on a serving table and sat there for 5 minutes and the waiter was not there to serve it to us. By the time he did, it was not warm anymore. We got very mad and were seriously thinking of leaving with every rude incident with the waiter. We then asked for the bill putting in mind that we will not tip the waiter at all. The bill took a long time to arrive, and when it did, the waiter had decided for himself to put a 25 Turkish Lira tip and a 42 Turkish Lira for the bread and water. We told him we will not leave a tip because the service was terrible. He rudely replied: "Pay the bill and get out and never come back." We refused so he removed the the 25 Lira. We then told him we wont pay for the bread and water that they only served once and refused to serve again. Another employee came and told him to remove the water and bread fee. The initial waiter refused to remove it and in the end they decided to put the bill on the table and told us to pay whatever we want. We paid for everything except for the bread and water which by the way should be included with the appetizers and food. The waiter ran outside and tried to play on our emotional side. He explained how he is poor and that he will end up paying it if we didn't. By then we thought we had taught him a lesson and when we came to pay, he said actually, don't pay, but know that this is unethical. Long story short, very terrible service, very rude waiter, STAY AWAY

Be carefull .... They are scammers and cheaters, they tripled the invoice and insist to lie ... I brought them official's who realized the lie and forced them to return 70% of the invoice . Plus bad service and bad waiters .. Enjoy the view in Cafe and watch the prices and never eat at the restaurant

Food was Normal, but they put a price in the menu and once you receive the bill u will shock, as its 3 times more than the price in the menu.

Very bad service from staff No English speaking They brought one meal too spicy while de didn't order spicy, they didn't accept to return. One meal cane too late after we finished, we asked to cancel, they didn't. Nice view but bad staff service !!!

Very rude staff and arrogant! We were charged 10% For service and another 160 for “cover” which we were told covers the “Table Cover” and “Water”. They don’t care about their reputation and swore at us till we paid full amount. I don’t recommend this place at all!!!

Very expensive fish that tasted bad do not eat here... bad smell from the pond and bathrooms were dirty. 0/10 never again

Bistro cafe is worst cafe and restaurant ever. I ordered 5 plates all the plates were wrong. I tried to explain to the manager but he is very stupid. He changed the plater 3 times and he brought them wrong again. Very mean and unfriendly.

I can't re ommend this place. We regret to go there. We were 5 and they took 240 lira cover and bill was with 5400 lira very heavy no alcohol and Very average service. Food normal like any other fish restaurant. DONT GO THERE

The place is just beautiful! The food and the services are good. The only inconvenient thing is variety of food i guess, they need to add more in the menu

I spend a nice lunch time there with my friends we i liked the food and view they had kind staffs view is amazing but the food is very expensive they menus don’t have price perhaps they give different price for tourists they charged us 1400 Turkish lira wich is much for the food we took besides the vegetables dish is not good they need to remove the foods they don’t know how to make

Only sipas fish is good. Lamb steak not good. Shorma lamb is not good.
