Before i had social anxiety when smiling in front of people i was never satisfied of how my teeth look like, but after i contacted Blue Medical Clinic, and especially my medical advisor Rita, i said there is hope. Rita was there for me, she was so responsive no matter what time could be she answer all my questions. She is a sweet and kind person, but most of all she was so understanding to my worries. The drivers, translator and planning team all were punctual on time. They try to reach you no matter where you are. Their service and staff were amazing, especially Ayla she was always communicating with me to comfort me during my stay. I had a great experience with everyone from Blue Medical Clinic. From start to finish everything was great. The transportation from the airport and the clinic was very good. Everyone of the staff are amazing and caring. The main person I was dealing with was Pamela. She guided me through everything and explained all the steps from the procedure and after. We kept in contact the whole time up until today! I have not met someone like her. From her customer service skills and her professionalism I recommend this company to anyone. I saw the advertisement on social media I contacted them and was hesitant in the begining I have never been to Turkey before But they made the trip smooth They met me at the airport, booked me a hotel, and my transportation from the hotel to the clinic They were very helpful As I write my review, I saw some negative comments. I thought there was a misunderstanding of some kind. All the patients I met in the clinic were very pleased. I did not pay any money until I met the dentist the next day after my arrival and he explained the treatment plan that was right for me I was never alone, even out of clinic appointments they kept in touch with me I thank all the medical staff, especially the director, Youssef, who was very kind to me and took me on a nice tour in Istanbul I highly recommend trying them out

Starting with the details prior my arrival in turkey and deciding to do the hair transplant procedure,i had Rita taking care of me and guiding me through. She was very helpful and patient with a demanding client. The doctor explained procedure well and the operation was done well and guided through till the end. The translator was helpful and stayed there through the whole process, of coarse all questions and demands she translated and was always there to greet you on arrival and departure from the centre. Transportation was always taken care and from door to door. On the whole satisfied can give a better update once the hair settles in place with a finals result :)

Honestly, it was one of the best and smoothest experiences, I visited the medical center recently, I had a minor surgery and then I got the Hollywood smile. I was hesitant at first, but I did not regret it, as the staff was cooperative, the services were good, and communication with the medical expert, Majd, was available throughout the treatment period. thank you . After speaking to a number of clinics in Instanbul for a dental implant, I decided to use Blue Medical. The medical consultant, Adam, who was providing the information stood out from the rest. Adam listened to my needs/worries (trust me I was so worried) he actually took the time to meet all my Questions. I’ve been completely looked after from transfers to the hotel and clinic appointments to even advice on how to get around Istanbul. After agreement on the procedure, with both the doctor and the staff, I even provided picture to insure no language barrier or miss communication would happen.. I ended up with only half of what was agreed upon. And after informing both the doctors and blue medical staff nothing was corrected and full amount was still required to be paid!! Very disappointing! Save you money and time and look for other team.

The work was perfectly done , im so satisfied with the results , the doctors are nice , my assistant Mr MAJD was so helpful he helped me with every step i took since beginning , so helpful with medication , In general its a good experience for everybody wants to do the teeth treatment . If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience with this clinic’s dentist was the worst. He was so careless and did a horrible job on my teeth. Would not recommend the dentist at this clinic to anyone you’re better off going somewhere else.

The worst and the most stressful experience I’ve ever had getting my teeth done. And it would’ve been all fine if I was happy with the end result, but unfortunately that is my biggest regrets. If you want to throw your money for nothing go ahead use this clinic and this dentist. So their answers to any bad reviews is that they look into their system and “they could not find me” lol, And they say I have a review in Ankara at the same time, I have been to other parts of turkey but never, in Ankara, and even if I did, that does NOT prove that I haven’t been to this clinic. So long story short they will say anything to make the review looks fake because most of their good reviews are written by either people they know or their staff. Don’t get me wrong they may be good at other stuff but the dentist they use there is definitely not the one you want to use.
