Update May 2023: Still one of decent hotel in Sukabumi. Locate near city center. Price to stay is quite high above average hotel rate in Sukabumi. Room is clean and comfy. Standard amenities. Small TV but with very poor picture quality and limited channels. Internet is free but sadly is not working at all, need major improvement. Breakfast food taste is a bit salty on the 1st day but staff quickly replace it but still need major improvement in taste and variety. Service from staf is okay but also can be improve. One the receptionist teteh Gita have the warmest smile that can melt your heart in instance... However now she is not working here anymore... 😁 But the new staff is also warmth and friendly. Overall, in hospitality world, the best services is the one that give beyond customer expectation. Horison Sukabumi is good but still have long journey to be the best.

One of the best hotels in Sukabumi, a large parking area, there is a Sundanese rasa restaurant, a swimming pool, and it is in the middle of the city with easy access to entertainment. And the children's play area in the lobby.

The villa with private pool was very nice. Hotel staff were always polite and can easily communicate by whatsapp

Great place to stay...you will find peace and comfort

Having a business trip and need to stay overnight, I decided to book this hotel via A***A apps. Got to the hotel at 5 PM, check in process is swift and convenient, staff is friendly and helpfull. Room is clean and got an adequate amenities such as TV, small fright, nice bathroom. Never got the opportunity to walk around. Price compared to the other hotel is on the high side but service and staff work very well and they will accommodate your needs ASAP.

Probably one of the best hotel in the area in terms of overall room, amenities, food quality, and convenient location with other eateries. Starbucks opening near the location seems like a positive indicator. Promoting their own amenities could've been better though. I have asked multiple times to the receptionist to send me info about their villa, but they never did. Weird.

It is placed in the middle of the city, near restaurants, Cafe.. It suits well if you need place to stay when you're on business trip or you're looking for hotel in the middle of the sukabumi city. The services are goos, the employees are friendly

Great and warm staff, especially receptionist and restaurant staff which did really great job. Room is clean and looks new, however some vinyl (floor) and balcon’s door need maintenance. Location is great, many restaurants. Room is not really soundproof, but I am still giving 5 stars due to all the staffs are very kind.

I recommend you to stay here when you visit Sukabumi. The have very friendly frontliner and if you need something they will respond you fastly. Menu of breakfast is ok and pool good enough. I just consider why the food is tasty because their team always check the taste of good. Good job

This is one of the best hotel in Sukabumi, so worth it compared to the price, very neat & clean room, friendly & helpful staffs, foods are quite OK, you got free mini bar even for the lowest type of room. Well done...thank you. I'll be back someday

I went to many Horizon Hotels for meals and overnights. For the first time I had buffet dinner with some friends for iftar at Horizon Sukabumi, we went there cause they claimed themselve as having the best breakfast buffet in Sukabumi, and I was like why not trying buffet dinner for our iftar. The number of dishes were very poor, hot dishes were cold and most of them were tasted really bad. It was just a half an hour after iftar time, the glass and plateshelves were empty and had to ask many times until they replenished them. Some friends came 50 minutes later, and there were almost no foods anymore, they ate only rice and a few pieces of tofu, just an extremely bad experience ever for Horizon Hotel standard. Never again...

It's an ok hotel for your everyday business stays. The location is also pretty much strategic that it's located close to the city center. The room and facilities are pretty much generic for a business hotels, nothing much you can do here, which is good for someone who just need a room to sleep. Despite all of that, the service are best, being greeted with many humble smile after a long business trip was pretty much a relief, great job Horison (:
