It's a joke - these ladies at the reception desk probably make appointments on the side or the doctors don't want to work there - because I have no other explanation. I visited the place for blood testing. Receptionist failed to ask me for my PESEL number; as a result laboratory rejected the sample completely. I need to redo everything. Waste of time and blood.

doctors ok, there was no problem But - you can't call and make an appointment 4 in the queue for over an hour last week - doctors only on designated days, if your child is sick, do whatever you want

I have been using the services of the company since its inception and I am delighted with every aspect! I can always easily call and arrange a consultation with Dr. Zdziebłowska. The service at the reception was very nice, and the service during the examinations by the nurses was equally great! However, Doctor Zdzieblowska's approach to the patient is a huge, positive surprise for me. Detailed, committed and doesn't underestimate anything. IT ALWAYS HELP! I have used many medical advice privately and in many cases I have not encountered such professionalism as in Dr. Zdzieblowska's clinic. I would like to remind everyone that I use services provided by the National Health Fund. I don't know where all these bad reviews come from. And it's beautiful and clean! I RECOMMEND!!!

Przychodnia w porządku, nie ma dużych kolejek, ale... ostatnio duże problemy z dodzwonieniem się. Telefon jest ogólny dla przychodni na Bemowie i w Aninie, trudno się połączyć wybierając wewnętrzny numer. W ogóle telefon jest rozłączany automatycznie, brak kontaktu. Nawet jeśli jest dużo pacjentów i trudno odebrać telefon, tak być nie powinno.

Pani doktor Zdziebłowska to prawdziwy lekarz z powołania. Każdym się zaopiekuje i wszystko wnikliwie sprawdzi, niczego nie pominie. Fakt, są opóźnienia ale to dlatego, że pani doktor zajmuje się pacjentem tyle czasu ile tego wymaga. Bardzo polecam.

Najlepsza przychodnia. Lekarze na najwyższym poziomie. Tak dobrzy specjaliści że wszyscy chcą się dostać. Dlatego bywa sporo ludzi. Polecam serdecznie. Marcin W.

Remove occupational medicine from the website and banners because you don't have it there.

Korzystałam z usług przychodni tylko kilka razy: po skierowanie lub na szczepienie czy bilans z dzieckiem. Ogólnie ciężko się do przychodni dodzwonić. Gdy przyszłam umówiona na szczepienie przeciwko grypie, na miejscu okazało się że nie ma szczepionek, choc zapewniano mnie podczas umowienia że będą, wizyty nikt nie odwolal. Nie polecam też wizyt z dziećmi u doktor Izabeli. Podczas bilansu 7-latka, badając ucho, lekarz dotknęła wnętrza ucha sprawiając dziecku ból. Podanie miejscowego znieczulenia nie pomagało, syn dostał w przychodni leki przeciwbólowe i dopiero ból zaczął przechodzić. Czyli przyszłam do przychodni ze zdrowym dzieckiem pół godziny przed lekcjami na bilans, a wyszłam z przychodni po 2 godzinach do domu z dzieckiem z bólem ucha.

Jestem z żoną u pani doktor 5 lat i nigdy mnie nie zawiodła i mojej rodziny.Polecam z czystym sumieniem...Podejście do pacjenta i szczegółowa analiza pozwoliła pomoc mojej żonie.

Kpina i żart z chorego - pół godziny opóźnienia to pikuś! Potrafi być i godzina i półtorej, nie mówiąc o tym, że wizyte umowi się kilka dni później. Pilnie poszukiwani lekarze, inaczej to nie ma sensu i racji bytu.

Great clinic, quick appointment times, very nice reception staff, I'm impressed by the approach to the patient, they direct you to where you need to go and explain everything if you don't know. There is a corner for kids. I recommend Dr. Krasusek :) I recommend

It's a disaster, I haven't been to the clinic yet but I don't recommend it. I waited an hour to make an appointment with the doctor I care about and at the very beginning I was angry at the lack of contact with the registration desk. I have never waited an hour for a connection that ended spontaneously. The service in this respect is less than one star. If it weren't for the doctor, I would look for another facility for such a stupid but important reason, the clinic is losing a lot. Tragedy

I visited Dr. Zdziebłowska's clinic for the fourth time. I left very satisfied every time. Both the lady at the reception and the doctors are very nice and professional. I feel like they want to help me, not turn away another patient. I never once had to wait long, neither for an appointment nor in the waiting room. I'm glad I found this place :)
