procedures,
friendly
to
everyone...
and
human
understanding.
Excellent.
But
in
order
not
to
be
just
a
complaining
old
man
who
only
pours
out
his
anger,
here
is
part
of
the
event.
My
partner
was
rushing
with
her
child
from
the
other
part
of
Warsaw
because
she
found
the
fastest
date.
Traffic
jams,
she
was
6
minutes
late,
20
MINUTES
FOR
THE
APPOINTMENT
(PER
PATIENT
WITH
A
DOCTOR)
this
information
was
provided
at
the
reception,
and
although
the
child
had
tears
in
her
eyes,
6
minutes
was
too
much
for
the
doctor
and
she
had
to
wait
3.5
hours
until
next
available
date.
This
entire
post
wouldn't
exist
if
it
weren't
for
2
things.
1)
the
visit
lasted
all
of
6
minutes
(6+6
=
12<20min)
and
there
was
no
way
to
save
the
child
from
waiting.
2)
the
prescription
for
the
antibiotic
was
given
with
great
grace,
the
reasons
were
clear
from
the
very
beginning,
even
during
a
teleconsultation
earlier,
they
knew
it
was
the
bacteria's
fault.
And
of
course,
they
didn't
fully
understand
the
description
of
the
dosage,
when
they
called
to
ask
if
there
was
a
mistake,
they
were
informed
that
they
would
not
provide
any
information,
the
only
thing
they
could
do
was
arrange
another
paid
visit,
i.e.
another
PLN
270.
Even
in
the
CMP
where
I
am,
on
the
National
Health
Fund,
when
I
had
a
similar
problem
and
reported
it
to
the
reception,
the
doctor
called
me
back.
Well,
apparently
I
found
a
doctor
with
a
vocation.
I
don't
recommend
this
whole
enel-med
thing,
it's
a
joke.
There
were
2
visits
with
the
child
during
the
year.
The
first
one
in
the
Wilanów
facility.
Where
the
doctor
was
very
unpleasant
to
the
child.
(well,
it
happens,
the
doctor
has
to
treat,
but
if
he
had
a
little
empathy,
the
child
would
cope
with
such
a
visit
better
,
especially
since
it
was
his
first
visit
to
a
Polish
doctor
and
he
didn't
really
know
what
to
do
and
the
doctor
gave
only
vague
instructions.
Second
visit
here
to
the
blue
city,
even
for
me
it
is
impossible
to
try
to
understand
the
situation.
I
hope
that
we
will
soon
forget
about
this
terrible
day.
It
will
remain
as
a
meaningless
episode.
But
the
behavior
of
the
staff
or
the
guidelines
by
which
customers
are
served
there
are
unacceptable,
with
a
lack
of
understanding
of
a
suffering
child.
Only
focused
on
profits.
