I took my 7 month baby here because she was having brething problems and showed signs of bronchitis while we were visiting in Poland and this is my experience: We went to the reception and there was a line so we waited to check in and then we were sent to see the dr. We walked in the dr's room and the first thing she says is you are late i have to leave in 5mins. Keep in mind we were not late we just had to stand in line for 15 mins to check in. Anyway we walk in and explain the situation she tells us to undress the baby and told me the father literally to "get out of the way" she listened quickly with the stethoscope looked in her ears and said "oh my god this baby is really sick and must go to the hospital right away and get antibiotics she has pneumonia!" keep in mind she didnt check her temperature or do any proper test. We dress our baby and she gives us a piece of paper and tells us to go. We were charged 175zl for 5mins of her incorrect diagnosis. So of course we did not listen to her and went and got a second opinion and the second dr was much more educated and prescribed us a nebulizer and medicine and said my daughter had viral bronchiolitis and said it happens a lot in infants and my daughter got better a few days after. Enel-Med should be ashamed of their Dr, completely uneducated and has no respect for patients and their sick children. Shame on you please go somewhere else this place is a joke!

I recommend this medical facility. I have used it several times with my husband and daughter, and each time the services provided were at the highest level. I mean the nurses (Covid vaccination in a patient with hypertension) who perfectly controlled my husband and my anxious child. I also have good experiences with visits to specialist doctors, such as a pediatrician and an ophthalmologist. I will be seeing an orthodontist soon, which I easily arranged in Blue City. I recommend it, I know that I have been committed to fingering for years.

Just like any other typical Polish services, they are always late, slow and lazy, always let patients stay in a long queue for a long time. What I am paying for?

Medium branch. Doctors approx. Information about parking in the Enela application has nothing to do with reality. Enel has 6 places for the entire medical center. Everything is busy all the time. So if there is no free Enel space, park in the Blue City parking lot (paid). There, 2 hours are free (two, not 3 as enel describes in its application) and each additional hour costs PLN 5. Poorly.

Doctor refused to see me because I don’t speak polish. The visit was scheduled by the clinic staff, and they new that I don’t speak polish. I was ready to use any translator. Awful service in general. Never recommend!

Terrible place, unprofessional staff and uneducated Doctors who dont know the difference between a bacterial infection and viral infection and jump to prescribe antibiotics. This place only wants your money, find a better place!

My partner was rushing with her child from the other part of Warsaw because she found the fastest date. Traffic jams, she was 6 minutes late, 20 MINUTES FOR THE APPOINTMENT (PER PATIENT WITH A DOCTOR) this information was provided at the reception, and although the child had tears in her eyes, 6 minutes was too much for the doctor and she had to wait 3.5 hours until next available date. This entire post wouldn't exist if it weren't for 2 things. 1) the visit lasted all of 6 minutes (6+6 = 12<20min) and there was no way to save the child from waiting. 2) the prescription for the antibiotic was given with great grace, the reasons were clear from the very beginning, even during a teleconsultation earlier, they knew it was the bacteria's fault. And of course, they didn't fully understand the description of the dosage, when they called to ask if there was a mistake, they were informed that they would not provide any information, the only thing they could do was arrange another paid visit, i.e. another PLN 270. Even in the CMP where I am, on the National Health Fund, when I had a similar problem and reported it to the reception, the doctor called me back. Well, apparently I found a doctor with a vocation. I don't recommend this whole enel-med thing, it's a joke. There were 2 visits with the child during the year. The first one in the Wilanów facility. Where the doctor was very unpleasant to the child. (well, it happens, the doctor has to treat, but if he had a little empathy, the child would cope with such a visit better , especially since it was his first visit to a Polish doctor and he didn't really know what to do and the doctor gave only vague instructions. Second visit here to the blue city, even for me it is impossible to try to understand the situation. I hope that we will soon forget about this terrible day. It will remain as a meaningless episode. I do not recommend going to Enel med in blue city. We called the hotline and the lady told us that they would definitely do medical examinations for studies and issue a certificate. We paid PLN 300 and my boyfriend went to the doctor who told him he wouldn't do it. We paid for a 5-minute conversation that they would not issue a statement. Fraudsters.

W trakcie umawiania się na wizytę wyraźnie mówiłam, ze chodzi o ewentualną kwalifkację do operacji zaćmy. Tymczasem pani Doktor była bardzo zdziwiona, że chcemy tak wyrafinowanego badania jak badanie dna oka po zakropieniu atropiną, które jest niezbedne do takiej kwalifikacji. Nie można było znależć już miejsca w grafiku by wykonać ta badanie, ona nie odpowiada za pracę rejestracji itp. Dobrania okularów tez nie byłą w stanie wykonać... Stracone pieniądze i czas, a wizyta była "odwalanką" jak w przychodni państwowej za czasów komunistycznych.

Jestem po wizycie u lekarza medycyny pracy. Zostałem profesjonalnie zbadany a wizyta odbyła się punktualnie i w miłej atmosferze. Teraz mogę zacząć pracę i cieszyć się, że dopełniłem tu tak szybko wszystkie formalności.

Na szczęście USG jamy brzusznej nie potwierdziło moich obaw, bo miałem poważne problemy gastryczne i obawiałem się diagnozy. Nie martwię się, bo jestem w najlepszych rękach i leczenie przynosi szybkie efekty. Z czystym sumieniem polecam ten oddział.

Szczepienie odbyło się punktualnie i bezpiecznie. Lekarze bardzo mili tak samo jak osoby pracujące na recepcji. Nie mam się do czego przyczepić, daję 5 na 5 gwiazdek i zdecydowanie polecam.

Wyniki badań laboratoryjnych szybkie, a sama wizyta bardzo przyjemna i punktualna. W razie problemów zasze tu przychodzę i jeszcze nigdy mnie nie zawiedli. Oddział godny polecenia.

Tutejszy punkt szczepień nie uznał mojego skierowania na szczepienie wydanego przez lekarza pierwszego kontaktu, który ma wgląd do dokumentacji medycznej i zamieścił skierowanie w systemie elektronicznym MZ. W zamian skierował mnie do swojego lekarza który widząc mnie po raz pierwszy nie miał podstaw do wydania żadnej rekomendacji, a w szczególności odmowy podania szczepionki. Tym samym Centrum Enel-Med Blue City zakwestionowało skierowanie na szczepienie zawarte w systemie Ministerstwa Zdrowia i naraziło mnie na ponowną rejestrację w innym punkcie i kilkudniowe opóżnienie otrzymania dawki co dla mnie osoby w wieku 86 lat z chorobami przewlekłymi / nadciśnienie tętnicze, nowotwór złośliwy i zespół TIA/ oznacza zwiększenie ryzyka zakażenia wirusem Covid z prawdopodobnym ciężkim przebiegiem choroby. Mam wątpliwości czy w tym centrum Enelmed pracują lekarze którzy powinni pomagać pacjentom czy bezduszni urzędnicy. Z pewnością pomylono tu biznes z medycyną. Na realizacji szczepienia nie można przecież zarobić dużych pieniędzy.Nikomu nie polecam Centrum Medyczne Enel-Med Blue City Warszawa.

I was there with my mother. We saw Dr Hanna Odziemska. She was brilliant. Highly professional and listened to our needs. In summary she is the only doctor who helped my mum by giving the correct antibiotic. I highly recommend Dr Hanna Odziemska.

A modern, large facility in a good location. Convenient parking. The high availability of appointments with specialists and the fact that it is open on Saturdays and Sundays speaks in favor of this clinic. The ladies at the reception are always helpful and smiling. I recommend it both as a package and for one-off consultations with a specialist.

This is my favorite Enel-Med branch. Upon entering, you are greeted by very friendly and competent staff. Every time I come for a visit, I can count on unconditional help and good words from the team. Both the nursing and medical teams are very professional with an individual approach to the patient. She always feels taken care of when entering and leaving Father Blue City. I can wholeheartedly recommend this branch to those who are undecided. I highly recommend the facility in Blue City. Very nice staff, helpful and smiling ladies at the reception. Special thanks to the receptionist Sara Toprak, who quickly helped me find the right appointment date, and to Dr. Bednarczyk. A doctor with a very good approach to the patient, will gain trust immediately upon entering, explains everything in detail how further diagnostics and possible treatment will be carried out.
