Drama
and
scandal!
I
spent
thousands
of
zlotys
in
this
salon
because
my
wife
really
liked
their
jewelry.
And
half
a
year
after
the
warranty
expired,
my
wife
broke
the
chain
of
one
of
the
bracelets.
The
store
consulted
the
service
center
(in
Austria!
wow!)
and
said
that
they
wouldn't
fix
it,
and
since
they
couldn't
replace
the
bracelet
(which
I
absolutely
understand,
after
all,
it
was
out
of
warranty),
so...
I
can
actually
throw
it
into
the
trash.
.
Oh
great!
In
a
conversation
with
the
manager,
I
asked
if
he
had
any
suggestion
for
me?
Yes,
he
told
me
to
contact
the
service
myself.
I
laughed,
I
really
did.
And
to
the
suggestion
that
perhaps
it
would
be
appropriate
to
offer
a
discount
on
the
purchase
of
a
new
bracelet,
he
replied
"no,
because
this
is
the
company's
policy."
Generally,
the
service
level
is
"I
can't
do
it
anymore".
Way
to
go!
I
will
say
this
-
never
Swarovski
again!
I
thought
it
was
a
top-class
company,
but
it
turned
out
that
they
are
ordinary
tradesmen
who
have
a
deep
respect
for
their
customers
and
show
no
willingness
to
help.
I
do
not
recommend!!!
PS.
I
had
the
bracelet
repaired
in
half
an
hour
at
Hercdesign
(I
highly
recommend
it)
in
Bemowo,
Warsaw,
for
pennies
-
for
less
than
50%
of
the
minimum
rate
that
the
Austrian
service
charges,
if
it
undertakes
any
repairs
at
all...
