NOT A GREAT SPOT FOR A FACIAL. After getting facials at other spas, I realize how poor of an experience I actually had at this place. The older woman who did my facial at Incentives seemed to focus more on my arms than my actual face. She did not listen to half of the things I told her regarding my skin and I would have to constantly remind her of things I'd already said. She did not even use a steamer on my face. It looked exactly the same when I got home, she barely did any extractions. I also found it unprofessional that the esthetician was wearing a beach dress while other spas require a more professional uniform. On top of all that, the front desk receptionist was not very welcoming either. I highly recommend going to The Skin Clinic over this place, far too overrated. For $100, I expected MUCH more.

Since becoming a client of incentive Spa my hair had drastically improved. Lauren is a masterpiece with her scissors and knowledge of hair.

Upon entering the spa, everyone is very warm and welcoming. I had a 90 minute massage with Maria and it was excellent. I tend to get very tight muscles that don't want to loosen and Maria knew exactly how to handle them by giving attention to those spots in small doses so as to not exacerbate the existing tension. I've already booked my next massage. Highly recommend!

If you are getting a facial Kathy is extraordinary and you will keep going back! I got a hydro facial and I came out glowing!!!

So I went in yesterday for my first massage. Christine was wonderful. I suffer from chronic pain in my upper back and neck. In 45 minutes the pain was significantly lower than when I arrived. The room was clean and Christine took much care to make sure I was comfortable and she even gave me some suggestions on how to stretch my neck to keep the pain away. This place is fantastic. I'll definitely be going back. They care about their customers.

I very upset with this place I needed a massage really bad. So for a Christmas gift from my sister gave me $100 certificate to this place. I was so happy and excited to experience this spa now just disgusted! I strongly want to spread the word to other they are down right disgusting as a business that runs around helping people. Now all I feel is disgust for this place and their way about human decency or morals for that matter! They only care about the MONEY!!! so all and all they are despicable people !!!!!! To them you are disposable. Which is downright imoral and EVIL. I am so happy I didn't let them near me or my family. I also made it aware to my family and friends all around the world how disgusting this place is....How they treat people like they're nothing but a piece of trash and or money talks more then what there business stands for. That if you get into an accident or die for that matter they are charging your card or taken your certificate this makes me want to vomit 🤮 🤢 🤮 how I feel about this place called INCENTIVE Spa that word really should be insensitive and the INCENTIVE that I'm trying to give anybody that reads this review is to not go there don't waste your money or time your life on that place. They don't really want to make you feel better they really just want your money so they're just money hungry despicable disgusting people. Also when I made the appointment not only were these people so in a rude they were in a rush to make an appointment after telling them I live in far. I should of realized right then how horrible an experience this would be . So I got into a horrible accident and wasn't going to make it they could care less about me or my well being they said they were booked for the day and they took my $100 certification and that was that. I would say even if they are good at there profession they really have no moral standards or care about human life or anyone getting better with the service they provide on a strict tendency. I would advice no one to go to INCENTIVE ORGANIC SPA ever please believe you are worth more then a appointment they see you as a money slot sorry disgusting and God forbid something happened to you or family member on the way to them they will do what they did to me and many others take Your money ,leave you wanting nothing to do with a unprofessional no moral standards of a business it's a rat race for them and believe me in the hospitality forget about customer service you are t even a customer they will fail . All they care about is the money. Not the services they provide INCENTIVE DON'T GO THEY ARE Horrendous.

An Unforgettable Facial Experience with Niki: I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a facial with Niki, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of amazing. This was my first time at this spa and the facial itself was a heavenly experience. If you're looking for a facial that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and utterly pampered, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Niki. You won't regret it! After the facial, my skin looked and felt incredible. I can't recommend her enough!

If you haven’t made an appointment with this place, you’re truly missing out. I go to Kathy at least once a month if not more for all my face treatments and I’m always happy. She really knows what she is doing, she’s very informative and super super nice! What more could you ask for!

Staff is so nice and personable, however my experience getting a dazzle dry manicure left much to be desired. The manicure itself was not done well and had a lot of bubbles in the polish. The manicurist did not cover my entire nail which looked strange. I was told the manicure would last up to two weeks yet it chipped after one day and has continued to chip each day after. As much as I enjoyed the employees and environment, I will not be returning for nail services.

Came in for both Facial and Massage. I received an amazing facial by Roxanne. I have a little bit of rosacea on my face and she used all the right products and left my skin glowing.

Maria is a wonderful accupunctrist With only receiving a couple of treatments I can already feel the improvement. .

I brought my 8 year old here for a haircut yesterday, and she is in love with how it came out! She said she only wants to go to Lauren from now on. She said she not only loves her hair but enjoyed talking to Lauren, too. Thanks so much for the great experience, we will be back!

Roxanne is amazing! The facial I had was incredible and definitely something I will be treating myself to on a regular basis now. Incentives is a very special place -- the beautiful and calming atmosphere is so inviting -- and the selection of services is incredible!!

Terrible experience, it was gonna be my first time in the spa and I did not get any indications on how to find the spa. Ended up getting there around 8-9 minutes late and received a call that my my appointment was cancelled. First, thank you for not giving any indication that the spa is inside a gym, and second, thank for being so respectful of people’s time (drove 20 minutes all for my appointment to get canceled). I will never recommend this spa to anyone since they have 0 consideration toward clients. I ended canceling my other appointment for facial because it is not worth my time. I’m sure I can find other places that offers a better customer service.

Roxanne was amazing! I had the best mani/pedi that I've ever had - I did the Dazzle Dry manicure and a classic pedicure right before my wedding! I was never rushed to pick a color, and the experience as a whole was relaxing and welcoming. I will definitely be back soon!

Everything went wonderful for my first time at Incentives Spa for my facial. Everyone was friendly, the facility is kept clean and the ambiance was perfect. Kathy did a wonderful job from start to finish! I would highly recommend making an appointment with her for your next facial experience!

Lauren was not only super sweet but very good at her job. My cut and blow out looked AMAZING!

I went here several times for balayage/highlights, and Elizabeth is the best stylist I've ever had! I am so sad to not come back to her because I moved out of state. She is such a good listener to envision what to do with your hair and brings it to life. I always left the salon with beautiful color and healthier hair from the hair treatments. I also went here 3 times for a facial, the aestheticians were very informative and would communicate the benefits of each treatment and individualize it to my skin. If I didn't move this year, I'd come back to this salon and spa for all of my hair/spa needs. Highly recommend!!
