Wonderful location in the center of Pancevo. Very kind staff who were extremely helpful. Room had everything I needed and was extremely comfortable.

We entered a room that was not ventilated and had an unpleasant smell. Otherwise, the room was spacious with new and modern furniture. The hostess was not very professional, and she insisted on immediate payment, which was quite uncomfortable as it gave us the impression that she thought we were frauds. The waiters are outstanding, professional, and kind. They can provide excellent advice on the food as they know about the dishes they offer. The menu offers a very good selection of food, and the dishes are generally good, although there are instances where you receive the same dish prepared completely differently than the previous time - i.e. much, much worse. Also, no matter how you explain to the waiter a certain dish to be prepared (tuna steak rare), you usually don't get it as requested (well done).

Restaurant has a nice outdoors area that is isolated from the street. Food portions are large but also pricy. The waiter was polite but randomly decided to serve us the bill at some point with no explanation.

It is a nice place, well designed. However, all the other places around are a bit down, including the facade on the street building when you come into the hotel. If this is a part of the concept, it's ok. If not, maybe you can finish the work. The food is ok, and the waiter is ok. But they could improve their English a little bit. All in all it is ok, better than other places around, but could use a little glance.

Nice hotel with a few nice rooms. It seems recently renovated. Rooms are tidy and wide. The position is within the central pedestrian area, great for a walk but parking a car may become a problem, No late check-in available (we had to send a colleague to collect the keys during the dinner). Breakfast under the average standard: waiting 15 minutes for toasted bread 🍞 with spreads is out of any standard (only 4 people of our team were staying at that time. At the end, this is a good hotel for a leisure trip, when you're not tied with business schedule.

The hotel im practice is one star more than its classification.

Nice ambient, especially on the back yard. Service was kind and quick to response. The wine etiquette was followed by the book. Food has a good flavour and portions, but menu was limited and is based on bacon and cheese.

Young waiter was very knowledgeable and polite. Food was very good. Place to recommend and to visit again. Overall: very good and pleasant experience.

The food was classic Serbian food but excellent. I recommend the mushroom soup and monastery chicken!

The food was nothing short of AMAZING. It was some of the best I have ever eaten. Staff were very welcoming and polite, since my family and I aren't all together very often we decided to take a picture and a staff member stepped in and took a picture of us (it turned out great). They asked if everything was okay, and overall were very friendly and professional. Only downside is there isn't a no-smoking area. This didn't bother me though.

Restaurant service is just terrible. You ask for a menu and the waiter goes to wipe tables, ignoring your ask. You ask for another beer and you have to wait 20 minutes and to remind to get it. You ask for for a rakija and you just do not get it. The worst service I have ever experienced in Serbia. Too bad. Food is ok, though. Just be ready to be ignored.

We had the worst service ever, waiter was very rood and unprofessional, as well as our meal which was awful prepared ( T bone steak and rib eye steak).
