Wellllll.... as we saw on the pictures amazing technological achievement + incredible wiew..(roman vila on the other side of the tunnel) But we were unlucky, because they have really small number of guided tours(u cant go on your own) as they said because of lack of visitors... so we didnt go.. But i can tell you it is a true gem that not even all people of napoli know of . Weekend tours 10h,12h. In any case check it on internet and if possible call for apointment..

Our B&B set up a reservation for this your and it was fantastic. Long tunnel takes you out to a interesting Roman royal villa ruins. Beautiful views and interesting history. Only a few English speaking people in tours so most in Italian but guides would fill in with English and answer all questions. Would highly recommend this during any visit to Naples

An awe-inspiring place where architecture is blended with nature. Though not very well advertised (hence the four stars) as the big vesuvian cities of Pompei and Herculaneum, this site is just as worth to visit as the above mentioned... Not to mention the view! The local guide Giovanni was very helpful and enthusiastic about the site and showed passion every step of the way!

This is the walking entrance to the ruins of the villa Paulosipon . Parking is scarce in this winding road. Do not rely on GPS to get to the archeological park...it takes you down a steep one lane with stress of car damage and all.

(Translated by Google) A pleasant walk in the belly of the Posillipo hill in the company of Ilaria, a well-prepared, friendly and easy-going guide ... it is worth the 6 € ticket ... considering that it is based on volunteering!

Amazing place, kind guides, absolutely must visit, but kinda rough to get there with public transportation. If maps tells you to get the 607 and you don't see the sign of it at the stop don't worry, it's the new name of the R7 line (same itinerary)

(Translated by Google) The seiano cave has always been a "ball" that I had wanted to visit for some time, unfortunately the weather was not favorable for me but on sunny days the show doubles. It is a fabulous place, both the tunnel that leads to the villa of Pollione and the villa itself. During the summer, they also organize outdoor shows in the small amphitheater which, even the location alone, repays the cost of the ticket. Truly a charm especially if you think that the villa of Pollione was originally one with the fish ponds that can be seen in the underlying gaiola; this suggests how beautiful it was originally and how much beauty that place had, starting with the breathtaking view it enjoys. All the Roman engineering and architecture of the time are still visible today in the remains of the villa, the small amphitheater is a small engineering masterpiece as well as the heating of the villa which, for the time, was truly a thing of very high engineering and, above all, craftsmanship. Take some time to sit on the steps of the theater and enjoy the view and the peace of that place because it truly leaves you speechless and if you have the opportunity, visit it accompanied by a tour guide who can tell you the story because it is full of charm.
