Like
a
little
kid
walking
into
a
candy
store.
This
is
how
I
felt
yesterday
when
I
visited
this
roastery
for
the
first
time.
The
boss
and
the
employee
were
very
nice
and
helpful,
the
shop
and
the
café
are
super
comfortably
furnished.
I
spotted
numerous
goodies
in
the
display,
but
first
I
focused
on
the
essentials:
the
coffee.
I
have
to
say,
I
love
small
roasting
shops
and
I'm
always
thrilled
when
I
walk
into
one
and
taste
the
coffee
for
the
first
time,
this
time
too.
I
sat
down
with
a
cup
of
coffee
of
the
week,
a
bean
from
Kenya,
prepared
in
the
Mocha
Master
in
the
outdoor
area,
in
order
to
taste
it
extensively.
You
can
also
sit
outside
very
nicely,
the
seats
are
covered
but
open
to
the
street.
You
can
drink
your
coffee
and
watch
the
master
roasting
through
a
window.
Super
chilled
atmosphere,
here
you
can
linger
alone
and
with
friends.
And
now
for
the
drink.
A
really
pleasant,
interesting
coffee.
Drink
well
sip
after
sip,
you
can
tell
straight
away
that
it
is
well
prepared
and
that
it
is
not
a
run-of-the-mill
bean.
I
then
sipped
the
coffee
like
the
professionals
do
to
find
out
which
tastes
are
hidden
in
this
coffee.
And
then
something
came
to
light.
I
have
the
impression
that
in
a
standard
supermarket
coffee,
not
much
happens
during
this
"slurp
test",
as
I
now
simply
call
it.
Quite
different
here:
I
tasted
a
certain
smoky
note,
which
I
found
very
pleasant
and
well
integrated,
much
more
subtle
than,
for
example,
smoky
whiskey,
which
I
also
really
appreciate.
Behind
that
there
was
something
that
I
couldn't
define
at
first,
but
which
made
coffee
very
tasty
and
interesting
for
me.
I
then
looked
at
the
package,
there
was
talk
of
juicy
tomato.
I
have
to
say
that
you
can
get
a
braised
or
grilled
tomato
along
with
the
smoke.
In
short,
I
was
really
excited
about
this
drink
and
afterwards
I
had
a
bit
of
a
dilemma
when
deciding
which
varieties
to
buy
at
home.
I
actually
only
wanted
to
buy
two
packs,
it
ended
up
being
three.
That's
because
there
are
just
so
many
interesting
varieties
and
mixes
out
there,
so
there
should
be
something
for
everyone.
I
definitely
have
to
come
back,
on
the
one
hand
to
taste
the
sweet
bits
on
the
display,
on
the
other
hand
to
continue
to
try
the
colorful
assortment
of
coffee.
It's
also
a
great
spot
to
chill
out,
as
I
said,
whether
alone
or
with
friends.
By
the
way,
while
I
am
writing
this
review,
I
am
drinking
the
award-winning
coffee
from
Ethiopia,
and
I
have
to
slowly
finish,
the
cup
is
empty
again
..
5-star
and
gladly
again.

(Original)
Wie
ein
kleines
Kind,
das
einen
Laden
für
Süßigkeiten
betritt.
So
habe
ich
mich
gestern
gefühlt,
als
ich
das
erste
Mal
diese
Rösterei
besucht
habe.
Die
Chefin
und
die
Mitarbeiterin
waren
sehr
nett
und
hilfsbereit,
der
Laden
und
das
Café
sind
super
gemütlich
eingerichtet.
In
der
Auslage
habe
ich
zahlreiche
Leckereien
erspäht,
aber
ich
habe
mich
zunächst
auf
das
wesentliche
konzentriert:
den
Kaffee.
Ich
muss
dazu
sagen,
ich
liebe
kleine
Röstereien
und
bin
immer
ganz
aus
dem
Häuschen,
wenn
ich
eine
solche
betrete
und
das
erste
mal
den
Kaffee
verkoste,
so
auch
dieses
mal.
Ich
habe
mich
mit
einer
Tasse
Kaffee
der
Woche,
eine
Bohne
aus
Kenia,
zubereitet
im
Mokka-Master
im
Außenbereich
niedergelassen,
um
diese
ausgiebig
zu
probieren.
Man
sitzt
auch
draußen
sehr
schön,
die
Sitzplätze
sind
überdacht
aber
zur
Straße
hin
offen.
Man
kann
seinen
Kaffee
trinken
und
durch
eine
Scheibe
dem
Meister
beim
Rösten
zusehen.
Super
chillige
Atmosphäre,
hier
kann
man
allein
und
mit
Freunden
verweilen.
Und
nun
zum
Getränk.
Ein
wirklich
angenehmer,
interessanter
Kaffee.
Schluck
für
Schluck
gut
zu
trinken,
man
merkt
direkt
die
gute
Zubereitung
und
dass
es
sich
nicht
um
eine
0815-Bohne
handelt.
Ich
habe
den
Kaffee
dann
geschlürft,
wie
die
Profis
es
tun,
um
herauszufinden,
welche
geschmäcker
sich
noch
in
diesem
Kaffee
verbergen.
Und
da
kam
einiges
zum
Vorschein.
Ich
habe
den
Eindruck,
dass
bei
einem
Standard
Supermarkt
Kaffee
bei
dieser
"Schlürfprobe",
wie
ich
es
jetzt
einfach
mal
nenne,
nicht
mehr
viel
passiert.
Ganz
anders
hier:
Ich
habe
eine
gewisse
rauchige
note
geschmeckt,
die
ich
sehr
angenehm
und
gut
eingebunden
fand,
wesentlich
dezenter
als
beispielsweise
bei
rauchigem
Whisky,
den
ich
ebenfalls
sehr
schätze.
dahinter
war
noch
etwas,
was
ich
zunächst
nicht
definieren
konnte,
was
den
kaffee
für
mich
aber
sehr
lecker
und
interessant
gemacht
hat.
Ich
habe
dann
mal
auf
die
Packung
geschaut,
dort
war
die
Rede
von
saftiger
Tomate.
Ich
muss
sagen,
dass
kommt
in
etwa
hin,
zusammen
mit
dem
Rauch
eventuell
eine
geschmorte
oder
gegrillte
Tomate.
Kurzum,
dieser
Trunk
hat
mich
schon
sehr
begeistert
und
ich
hatte
danach
ein
kleines
Dilemma,
mich
zu
entscheiden,
welche
Sorten
ich
mir
für
Zuhause
kaufe.
Ich
wollte
eigentlich
nur
zwei
Packungen
kaufen,
es
wurden
am
Ende
drei.
Das
liegt
daran,
dass
es
einfach
viele
interessante
Sorten
und
Mischungen
gibt,
da
sollte
für
jeden
etwas
dabei
sein.
Ich
muss
auf
jeden
Fall
zurückkommen,
zum
einen
um
die
süßen
Teilchen
aus
der
Auslage
zu
kosten,
zum
anderen
um
mich
weiter
durch
das
bunte
Sortiment
an
Kaffee
zu
probieren.
Außerdem
ist
das
ein
super
Spot
zum
chillen,
wie
gesagt,
ob
allein
oder
mit
Freunden.
Während
ich
diese
Rezension
schreibe,
trinke
ich
übrigens
den
prämierten
Kaffee
aus
Äthiopien,
und
ich
muss
langsam
zum
Ende
kommen,
die
Tasse
ist
schon
wieder
leer..
5-Sterne
und
gerne
wieder.
