We were there in the afternoon after lunch... and I'll say it kindly... We were there with another customer at that time - so there was no crowd... the tables were dirty, literally dirty. Greasy, full of ketchup, salt, mayonnaise and everything else that fell off the previous plates... here you can take a cloth and wipe it - that has something to do with hygiene and professionalism. The cutlery was also marginal. All of this could somehow be forgiven if there had been a lot going on - but it wasn't. The gentleman at the stove preferred to have a private conversation that you had to listen to at an annoying volume... rather than worry about the cleanliness of the tables and floor. So have fun with fire and flames.

The steakhouse burger was bottom drawer, all the cheapest frozen goods. Afterwards I had stomach pains and digestive problems all night long, something I never have before

Very bad burgers, carelessly prepared, subterranean in taste, look like they came from a discounter in the microwave. Not to mention the quality of the meat. Prior to the sale to a new owner/tenant the standards were at a much higher level. Unfortunately I was here for the last time.

Since the new staff, the quality has deteriorated significantly. It tastes like frozen food and they don't stick to regular opening hours either. Supposedly open from 10am. Then you stand in front of the store at 10:45 a.m. and it's closed for no apparent reason. I can't recommend it any further.

Perfect place for a light lunch or dinner. Great specials with tasty options!

Okay, if you want to take something quick and warm and feel like a burger, but there are now better options for that.

I really enjoy eating there. I like the cheeseburgers best. You are also welcome to help shape it. I really like raw onion on it. Small but nice shop. It's a shame that it closes early, otherwise I would go there in the evening. Unfortunately there is no chip shop in Bad Hersfeld where it tastes good except here.

I would happily give this snack 5 stars. When I visit Bad Hersfeld I rarely pass by the burgers. The ingredients are fresh, the beef is juicy and the fries are delicious. If you like good burgers you should have one here. Guaranteed to be the best you can get in Bad Hersfeld!

It always tasted great, but the price/quantity ratio has deteriorated significantly recently. The salad, for example, costs €7 and only contains a handful of greens. The same is reflected in burgers. For this reason, I cannot currently recommend this store.
