Service ★★★★★ The staff is very kind and friendly. apples, coffee, hot choco are provided at every morning in reception office. used towl can be exchanged every day. 4. etc It is hard to know what floor the room is on when I get room card through KIOSK. if room number is B41, press elevator button "4".

We stayed in Barcelona for one week at the beginning of June this year. The location was perfect, as in the night it was really quiet and most tourist attractions were reachable either by foot or with the metro/taxis. The rooms were really modern and had everything you needed, and either had a balcony or a big terrace. Furthermore we really appreciated the help of Andi, who was really friendly and great in showing us the best ways to get to our destination, but also recomended us some hidden gems - food wise and attraction wise. First of all, i want to mention the fact that the people who run this place are great. Our time was limited but with a great deal of help from Andy we managed to set a top of the class vacation which we will remember fondly. His extensive knowledge about the places in the city and around it were crucial to us, as we discovered things that you are tempted to pass without notice them, in fact they are really gems. Not to mention the routes and schedules that were kindly provided by Andy. All of these created an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation, all of us being very happy end excited with the sightseeings, places and people that we met. Thank you again for this, it was a pleasure and an honor. Now, to the hotel itself, only the best and extra. Plenty of space, quiet, all the stuff necessary for cooking meals, comfortable beds and couches, the terrace is a space that put you in a state of meditation and preparation for new trips. I want to emphasize about cleaniness of the hotel, as a whole and of the apartment in particular, and the attention upon details. It felt like home. All things were exactly were you expected you to be, worked exactly as you expected, i don't know, it's amazing. Maybe there is a 5th sense involved here or we were on the the same wavelength. Above this, there are the People, with capital P, as I said in the beginning. Thank you, Andy, and the other members of staff for making us one of the greatest vacation! And sorry for my long review. :) P.s. I will keep that noted map alongside with other stuff collected from other journeys that we loved. I didn't say much about the city, Barcelona is great and we will return for sure in another vacation.

Highly recommend the Eric Vökel BCN Suites. If available, request to stay on either the 6th floor, or in room 52 (5th floor). The large terraces attached to these two units are simply awesome. I stayed in 52, and spent many hours out on the terrace. It's a great place to have meals. You are surrounded by other folks who live in the neighborhood, hanging out on their outdoor spaces. I'm spoiled now, going on to the next hotel that lacks such a great space. The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk to the basilica, yet the location of the hotel is far away from the tourist crowds. The after hours check-in worked well. I pre-paid for my room, but the automated check-in would not proceed without charging the room fee again. This wasn't a problem. An email the next day to Andy at the front desk, and the extra charge was sorted within minutes. On our departure, Andy went above and beyond in helping with my next hotel. He talked to reception for me, and was able to sort out some confusing details regarding the check in process, that I was not able to understand with my very limited Spanish skills. Andy was a great help here, and pleasant throughout our stay. Again, I can't say enough about this hotel. I'm thankful to the other reviewers who also speak glowingly of the BCN Suites. Take our advice, and choose this place.

I was unable to go because of terrible event and asked them to postpone the date. They didn't allow this and never try to listen. I lost more than 2500 euro. No flexibility or understanding at all. Byeee

We loved this boutique hotel. It is new, modern and clean. They have an automated kiosk where you can check in if you arrive past their office hours. The unit we stayed at has pretty much everything you need. The hotel is also less than 5 minute walk to Sagrada Familia and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in a good but nicely quiet part of the wonderful city of Barcelona and a 5 minutes walk from the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia. Clean, modern and our 1 bedroom apartment had a wonderful terrace and a great level of comfort. Great staff of site and free top ups of biscuits, coffee, tea and even washing powder for the washing machine. Thank you sad goodbye picture
