Don't you dare Stay at this place....Very very Horrible n baddest experience of our lives, started with a very unsafe, dirty, dangerous, congested location n approach to this hotel. Our group of 34 people were overcharged for tariff, first of all. Dinner n breakfast was inclusive but the food served to us was the worst in terms of taste, hygiene n quality. Morning breakfast meant to be served at 7:30 am wasn't served even till 10 am n many of us decided to leave without it. A few members were served paranthas laced with salt n tea with dollops of sugar. The owner Sidharth is thoroughly rude, uncouth, insensitive person, he threatened us openly to write bad reviews. Not once he admitted to the problems n shortcomings in his own property n service quality. The rooms, bed linen, washrooms were very dirty, intercoms faulty, taps were leaking, lift was inoperable n outside being an active construction site, the entire hotel was dusty. The staff too just like the owner was rude n indifferent to us. My sincere advice to all"Don't ever book a room at this terrible property "

I stayed with my friends for 1 night but the reception staff is very rude and careless, they do not know what is included in the package and what is not, this kind of behavior does not happen even in the Dhavas. Bedsheet was also very dirty then changed after speaking 10 times in the night and after going to reception 3 times. Even after breakfast was in the package, it is said in the morning that your breakfast is not included.

Super worst place, 0% service ratings. An advise to all the reviewer: Never book the hotel, electricity problem, running behind money and no service. Staff are of no use , no point talking to them Lift doesn't work. Location and locality is pathetic. If someone wants to waste there time and money you are most welcome at the property.

It was one horrible experience we had at this hotel. First we booked for a room which was not available once we reached there. So they decided to give us different rooms and overcharged us. It was fine till then, but the service they provided was so poor. The staffs were friendly and nice but the rooms were dirty. They bedsheets and towels were torn and dirty, and there were lizards moving around. Even the hotel is located in a very absurd location.

They had no electricity and the owner was not there in the property we complained to MakeMyTrip and when they connected with the owner he lied by saying no such problem occurred, the reception people do not support and the food is unnecessary costly. We paid extra for breakfast and did not receive breakfast one day and the other we received cold tea and cold parathas! The owner had the audacity to say cheap words to us when we complained. He was rude and tried to say that we were trying to make an issue out of small thing. However, for an hotel we spend money and stay that means it is the hotel's responsibility as the hosts to be polite and give what we paid for instead they were behaving like drunk people and the boys or kids who were working there were never responding to our calls . Worst experience ever! I have made sure these videos and calls we have if these rude people are circulated in the internet. Such people who cheat and not provide proper service should not be in service industry.

I booked a 625sq ft room , got not even 400sq ft room Plus the hotel is in such area that no cab service accepts the ride. I booked hotel for a week and checked out in just one day Please don't book this hotel.

The rooms were very clean also covid protocols was kept in mind at every corner in the hotel. Also I really liked the pool view the evening as it looked magical. Would love to visit again ❤️

Hotel was really good and nicely located within the city. It was a good experience to stay here. Only issue I faced was whenever we ordered any food, their service was slow.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. Location is a mess. There is an overbridge under construction and the roads are completely damaged. The hotel is also under construction (at least it looks so), rooms are not good, TV not working. After all this I didn't have courage to order food. By the way they have online menu which has to be opened through scanning a QR code. But it does not work. No tea/coffee sachets provided. It was my mistake to book a room. Won't recommend to anyone.

Worst stay ever. Location is very cheap. Conditions of the rooms are pathetic. Frequent power cuts. Unhygienic. I didn’t even stay the night. Checked in for 4 hours and I booked another hotel and moved out of the room.

This property is in miserable condition. Moreover the owner of this Hotel is a cheat. He is a man of no self worth and is involved in unfair business practices. We own a Hotel located close to his, so he used 50 fake accounts to give poor rating to our property. What a despicable man!! I pity his state of mind.

i like the taste of food. food quality is also nice. i stayed alone there though i feel safe. it's very reasonable . if u want good food and good service in reasonable price then choose this once.

Almost all amenities provided in the room were good. Washroom are good in size, however, need bit of revamp in fitting. My stay was comfortable and peaceful..

Horrible hotel with a literally bad approach on its way. The rooms, washrooms, were not clean taps and gezers were not working properly. The breakfast served to us was not even fit for dogs to eat, it was really unhygienic with a plenty of salt in it which could affect a persons health badly. Our group of 34 was not satisfied at all from the sick hotel. Moreover, the staff and the owner were not polite towards us and they didn’t care about the customers at all. I strongly warn anyone from going there. A person should not go to this dirty and unsafe hotel.

Very difficult to reach, it's location is very isolated. Cleanliness is not upto mark. Very slow service, rooms were not available even 1 hour post check-in time, and rooms were not clean.

Have improved a lot from past years and this time the rooms were good and the service was also good. Staff is polite and helpfull.

Our room had all of the conveniences we could hope for and my daughter loved the breakfast service every day! We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit!

They are cheaters. They have cancelled the booking without intimation and the reason was that they want to charge more room fare. When we reached the hotel, then we got to know that they have cancelled the room and they had allotted the room to other person. I had booked the room 2 months ago even though they have cancelled it without intimation and when I asked , they are not responding properly. Worst hotel and experience. Never recommended

It's nice place to stay. You could have been there lots of things like bakery Cafe restaurants baar and rooms also with amazing staff thanks nisha for providing us very great services in your hotel

The rooms are good and food is excellent. The support staff is supportive and appreciate their extra precaution for corona prevention during our visit.

The staff was very courteous and everyone from the security guard to the front desk staff as well as housekeeping and room service staff was taking precautions to ensure Hygiene and sanitization without compromising on the comfort of the guest.

the room was clean and very comfortable in every way...I was impressed by all the staff especially the front office staff & all were very helpful me and my family enjoyed our stay Everything was good.

Highly unprofessional and arrogant owner, Siddharth. He will hold you to ransom and cut off your room power around noon if you dont make a payment for extended stay (did 2 days back to back with me). Also never informed me when I walked in that ACs have been disabled. Was obviously rude when i asked them about it at night and when he came on the line in the morning, said take it or leave it we have other bookings. Also charged me way higher than (atleast 500 more per night) online rates in which they're even offering breakfast and was harassing me to pay for 2 cups of tea. Room wasnt bad for that price but cant stay where the culture is awful. First hand experience of Dilli ka T. Avoidable!

AC rooms are available at affordable price 🙂 As the flyover is being built just in front of this hotel the place is so dusty☹️ Unpleasant smells are there in some room ☹️ some rooms are sultry ☹️ but rooms are clean 😊 Foods they provided were fresh and tasty 😊 It took little longer time to serve ☹️ You may face electicity issues ☹️
