As regards South goa and North goa sight seeing tour, its ok especially if you are solo or coming to goa for the first time. But don't go for their scuba diving and other water sports package. They will promise you something and give something else. In scuba diving breakfast and lunch is included. Lunch is at a place where you will never think of sitting. And their response is that they just do the booking. The photos are of the place where they provide lunch.

Goa darshan was good. We had our bus starting from Panjim at 7.00am. But the pickup got delayed to 8.00 am . the bus was full though by private booking too. Its an AC bus with 28 seater, the driver was okay. There was not separate guide and all. The driver himself is a guide told when to come back from dudhsagar thats it. Then drops near the safari jeeps. They make 7 members a group for one jeep. The total price 700 per jeep.Its a 30 mins safari towards the dudhsagar falls through Mahaveer wildlife sanctuary. They give us 1 hour for trekking and for swimming, it takes 5-10 mins to reach falls by trekking. Its a pleasant way. You can enjoy by clicking pictures. They will provide us life jacket for swimming in water falls within your 1 hour you have to come back to the jeep otherwise the jeep drivers will charge extra amount. For 1 extra hour they charge 400rs. After coming back to your jeep the safari ends in the same place where you started. Then your lunch in jungle book restaurant. They got good food with goan cuisine. In Jungle book restaurant itself they take you to see the spice plantation which they have near by. They tours you to plantation and explains its benefits. Which was worth knowing. Then back to bus next towards the basilica church which we missed because the church gets closes by 5.pm so if we want to visit we have to leave from the falls earlier. Also if we would have left earlier in the morning could have covered everything on time. But could not see the both the churches. So all over the cost can be cutdown if you go on your own vehicle with your group. The goa dharshan charges 1649rs. Which is okish. Rest if they cover both the churches on time Would have been more good and worth spending. All over its a good one.

Package taken on 13/4/19 to south Goa miramar beach, old goa conducted by Goa darshan travel agent was nice and appreciable. Guide Vijay was very fun loving, entertaining and friendly. He didn't leave any stone unturned to make happy and entertaining visitors. But today on 15/12/19 trip to island water sports was very boring and hopeless. Tempo traveller was engaged to cover this trip. Driver was so uncooperative, and careless. He simply drop at cocoa beach and further pushed in a boat to island. The staff of this boat kept us at island for more than 4hours. Not only this he was directed by his boss to entertain the customers coming by another boats till last one. In fact d boat which bring his customers should complete d activities of all customers who soever is interested as per his choice and then take back given a time limit of 2-3 hours which is sufficient. But ultimately when it was beyond the tolerance and limit we requested the incharge to make us back. This system is not good, it must be modified .

Goa Tourism organised and executed a wonderful trip to Dudhsagar. The pick up n drop was timely, the bus was of good quality n our driver Junaid was an excellent driver. Junaid was polite n explained the process of the visit well. The Jeep drive to the falls was beautiful. The tour thru the Spice Garden was refreshing we bought spices too. The visit to the church in Old Goa with a dash of lemon soda was a perfect ending to the day.

Very pathetic service - do not use Goa Darshan Tour and Travel Services. Absolutely zero customer service - no one is available to talk over phone and no one ever responds over email or whatsapp. We booked Goa Darshan for 2 days - a) Dudhsagar Waterfall Trip with us on Sun, 29 Mar b) North Goa Tour with us on Mon, 30 Mar We paid 40% booking about for one of the trips and the full amount for the second. However, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we had to cancel the trip. We sent an several emails requesting Goa Darshan for either issuing a Refund or giving us a written receipt/confirmation that we can reuse the money for booking at a later date. We got absolutely no response over email. We also tried calling over phone, however, no one ever received our call. We lost close to 3500/- due to this. North Goa Tour. Booking ID: 200311938265. Booked on March 11, 2020. Booked for March 30, 2020. Total amount paid: ₹ 1,047. We tried calling back several times between March 19, 2020 and March 23, 2020 for cancellation, as we had decided not to proceed with the trips considering the Covid impact. We also sent 4 - 5 email in the same timeframe. Owner may please check his records. Attaching screenshots of booking confirmation emails for proof. I am not worried about loosing ₹ 3,573.40, but you lost a potential customer; and all references there on. Thank You!

We went for Dudhsagar waterfall package. They pickup us at on time. Bus is very good with good driver. I have one suggestion if instructions were given in English it will be understandable.

We went on their Full Day South Goa Tour and it was one of the longest days of our lives. We were picked up half an hour late from a hotel in North Goa by a bus that had so much advertising on it that our ability to see out of the window, on a sight seeing tour, was almost completely obscured. Our tour guide rendered himself completely redundant. He explained nothing of what we were seeing along the road. We have no further knowledge of Goan history or the Portuguese colonisation of Goa (which is prominent in the South). When our guide did speak, it was to tell us the name of the sight that is already listed on the programme - all in Hindi. He also told us that the Church of St Augustine burnt down because of lightening - which we later discovered was completely untrue. We were taken to a dirty restaurant for lunch and were made to stop at sights, that didn't require more than a few minutes to view, for a full hour all to ensure that at the end of the tour we would be left with no choice but to join a "sunset cruise" with the extra charge of 500 rupees per person, or spend more than that on a taxi ride back to north Goa because the tour bus would only drop us off after those who had elected to go on the sunset cruise had returned. The cruise itself was a joke. It claimed to have traditional Goan style Portuguese dancers. The dancing was such a mockery that even the dancer were laughing at themselves while doing it. For a tour that lasted more than 12 hours it didn't have a single redeeming feature other than that it was cheap.

We booked for water sports and Dudhsagar trip, and information was well conveyed about everything. The agent was nice and clear. However, on the day of the water sports trip, the bus was half an hour late. And on the day of Dudhsagar trip, the bus came 45 minutes early - the driver called us 45 minutes before arrival to reach the pickup spot. No one took responsibility and management at the trip was clumsy. The tourists had to go everywhere and ask where to go and what to do next, there wasn't a clear guidance. However, the trip was reasonable in expense and included good sports too.

Old Goa trip was not that Great . Bus was very late to pick us. And after that we had to hurry a lot to cover the spots with very less time. Itinerary was also very short. Would not recommend to have old goa trip with Goa Darshan. Scuba diving, jet ski, parasailing was a great experience and would recommend other's also to go with Goa Darshan

Not covered the places mentioned. We were not taken dona Paula tour should be followed as per itinerary. But considering the price the tour is ok but things could be improved if plan properly.

Worst travel agent for activities in goa. They treat customers like beggars. 1.scuba diving is just for one minute 2.no changing rooms 3.toilet in boat stinks like hell 4.for lunch chicken provided was like the one which is served to dogs 5.no way to have bath or clean ourselves after dipping in highly saline water 6.boats are extremely dirty 7.took us to a dirty island and gave us 1 hour to chill. There is no activity there other than look at each others faces and ask what next?

Myself make sight seeing trip from this cite. One trip to South Goa on 13.12.2019 in AC bus. Very good staff. Well managed and excellently treated. The travelling experience and siteseeing marvellous. Today island visit also made from same cite. Bus facility poor and management also poor and cost very high.

Mr Naveen was very helpful in arranging both my south goa and north goa trips by car and then the Dudhsagar Trip by SIC.The waterfalls is a mustsee even though the last 10 kms by jeep is a bit rough.Last day Grand island program got cancelled due to rough seas and was informed of the same the day befpre itself so could make alternate plans.Good follow up.
