Vegetarian restaurant, with much love to detail. I enjoyed the food (breakfast) very much. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and offers a lot of personal privacy. Super nice staff! Gladly again!

This has to be the best Vegetarian / Vegan Restaurant in London. Visit each year that me and my Hubby are down in London and such good food. The Sketch Eggs are so amazing was a little upset this September that did not have the halloumi cheese cubes please bring them back. It does get busy as Lunch time so might be a good idea to book ahead as we did. You will need to take your plate to the counter and what you pay is based on the weight of your plate.

I love this place, have visited many times. It’s literately food heaven for vegetarian, even my non vegetarian friends enjoy as much as I do! Reasonable price, cozy atmosphere, yum food... couldn’t ask for more ;)

The variety of food served there was really good! You can pick the food at common place and then you go weight your food and pay! So if your a small eater and love variety this is just the place for you! By the way it’s a vegetarian restaurant! It was spacious and a nice place to dine. The dessert section looks really really yummy!! Had a hard time picking which to try. Highly recommended!

Awesome vegetarian restaurant! Heaps of vegan options for food with cider or sparkling as the drink, with loads of options for lunch! You can only fill up your plate once in the deal we got but it was more than enough! We had Tamas look after our table for the afternoon and he was excellent! He had lots of friendly tips for travelling in the EU!

Really cool place to eat. Both healthy and versatile. Great deal with the Entertainer app. Can be a bit difficult with picky children, but all grownups will find a lot of good food to eat. Great dessert assortment. Clean toilets and nice staff.

Fantastic food! Pricey, yes! Great treat. Loved the grilled Aubergine in miso sauce, daulphinoise potatoes, couscous and vegan slaw. The carrot cake was the only moist dessert on display at dinner. The hazelnut cannoli were lovely too.

The best restaurant experience I've ever had! The food is beyond delicious, and the best part is - you can put as much as you want on the plate! Make sure to try their desserts too, cheesecake is to die for. And top it all of with a coconut milk chai latte. If you're shopping in Oxford Street, make it your priority to stop for a bite at Ethos!

This is a really great plant based option in centra London. It’s self-service and pay by weight so it could be a bit pricey. For me it was worth it for good quality veggie options which include beetroot hummus and brassicas. The staff were friendly and the food was fresh. I also had a matcha latte with almond milk which was ok.

I ate one plate with many unique food. Paid £10.5 for one plate and paid £3 for a big cookie. There are a lot of food options including salad, savoury and desert. All very tasty. I like the sweet potato falafels and aubergine the most. However, some food such as cous cous looks dry and not appetite. There are any gluten free and dairy free options for savoury and salad, but not many gluten and daily free options for the desert.

great place but the meal really depends on what’s on offer that day, I’ve really enjoyed the majority of what I’ve eaten but there have been occasional misses

This place is a gem right in the centre of the city. (Delicious) gluten and dairy free options. Love it! It is certainly going to be a regular haunt for me.

The Ethos team were awesome - welcoming, courteous and attentive. I attended for a birthday brunch with a party of 6 other friends and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The vegetarian food was uncompromisingly delicious, with an array of vibrant, fresh and appetising choices. This is my second visit and the quality was consistent. Particular thanks to Tomasz who provided marvellous customer service. 5 stars!!

I came here with my friend for the bottomless brunch. The variety of food is great however pretty much every dish we tried was bland and lacked of flavour. The waiters -despite the restaurant not being busy- took ages to top up our drinks and we had to ask every time for it. I've done several bottomless brunches before and unfortunately this has been the worst experience so far.

Love this place, stunning, creative vegan and vegetarian food prepared by a skilled kitchen crew. The have a pay and weigh process so you self serve and pay for what you put on your plate. Be warned the price can sometimes shock you if you have been a little greedy.

Varied selection of food, well presented although paying by weight means that it’s quite expensive. Classy decor.

Some really nice and interesting dishes. I found the pasta an acquired tasted and the sauce for the scotch eggs was way too sweet. It's also on the expensive side but the ingredients are nice and fresh.

My work college discovered this venue. I passed by and I wondered about the coffee range. the main thing here is lunch and dinner, but I was welcomed just for a cup of coffee. It feels like a good place to have a chat and chill. I'll come back for the pastry. Vlad.

This place is an amazing celebration of meat free eating! Beautiful decor and friendly staff. Dinner for two came to £40 we ate three plates between us and two drinks.

Ethos food is an amazing place to have a quick lunch or take away. They have all kind of foods: dairy free, gluten free, sugar free, vegetarian and vegan! For this plate I paid 15£ and I was really full afterwards, so it’s defenitially worth the money! The waiters are very sweet and helpfull. They keep on refilling the food all the time, so when they’re running out you don’t have to wait very very long, till they get more of the food again.

Stumbled across Ethos purely as we were desperate for food. Arrived just before the lunch service so got to see the amazing spread of freshly prepared food. Would recommend getting down just before lunch service and grab a seat, even better book ahead. It's a self service lunch and out meals worked out around £12 each for a decent amount of food.

Awesome vegetarian buffet, choose and pay by weight. Many vegan options. Vegan desserts as well. Nice atmosphere.

For a buffet style venue, the food is actually pretty good. The place is clean and I find the pricing fair (versus Tidbits). Their desserts are super yum! Perfect place for people with food allergies.

A great place for vegetarian and vegan food lovers in central London, not far from Oxford Circus. Tempting selection of starters, mains and desserts and... you pay by weight!

  • 5/5 David R. 5 years ago on Google
Great vegetarian buffet! We were surprised by the variety. It's also less expensive than you think... The plate in the image cost us around 10 pounds. Also they have a wonderful warm fireplace which is cosy when it's cold outside.

Very good vegan / vegetarian restaurant in Central London. Good selection of food, including some tasty vegan dishes. All clearly labelled to avoid any confusion. Good selection of (vegan) drinks too including wines. Beautfui setting, good atmosphere, friendly staff, and prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommended for vegans and those wanting to try good vegetarian and vegan food!

Interesting concept and decent food, however it did not feel very comfortable or cosy when we came here for dinner as a group of 4. It was noisy, too bright & the food went cold very quickly as my seat was right under the air con. It can get quite expensive, as they charge for food by weight. They have special offer on drinks (50% off) between 16:00 and 18:00. Attentive service, but the staff needs to smile more.

I've started to go meatless since the beginning of the year and Ethos has become one of my most favourite restaurants in London. Not only great food selection but also is it super delicious. Their staff is friendly and the prices provide you good value for money. Highly recommended.

We paid in advance for the 25 pounds 'buffet option' because it sounded like a great deal, but we weren't so happy when we found out it did not include the desserts (We are light eaters and we would have paid around 13-15 pounds for our meals otherwise). While the budget option had prosecco included, I cannot say I liked that particular one (I’m not extremely fussy, but no one from my table liked it). The savory food was ok, but the macaroons I bought were terrible.

I love the concept and the food was tasty, unfortunately with the way it is served my "hot" food was luke warm and it does end up being quite expensive if you go overboard. Also, weirdly, the hostess told my friend who got there first that they could only fit us in for an hour, but as the hour drew to a close the restaurant seemed to be pretty empty.

Great vegan food but a bit too pricey for just lunch.

  • 5/5 Gemma W. 4 years ago on Google
Really nice food from veggie to vegan, buffet style and then they weigh your plate for the price. A dinner cost me about 16 pounds but I had put quite alot on my plate. A must go to for veggies in London.

(Translated by Google) A central location. Relatively close to Soho and well connected by the Oxford Circus Metro stop. Cleansed. Healthy food "to the weight" and correct service. Also clean bathrooms. Which is also to be appreciated. Recommended for those looking for that type of food and acceptable prices, taking into account the increases, year after year, of life in the center and tourist areas especially, of the great metropolis that is London.

Amazing variety of veggie dishes, and all delicious. Only downside is it is a bit pricey, and the decor is cute (but a bit gimmicky). Gets really busy during lunch hours
