I
arrived
at
Mediterraneo
at
5
30
Am,
and
they
charged
me
an
early
check
in
fee
of
61
dollars,
when
a
regular
day
is
71,
so
i
basically
paid
2
times
for
one
day.
Then,
they
charged
me
30
us
dollars
60,
000
tsh
for
a
few
very
very
small
pieces
of
meat
and
some
french
fries-
i
didnt
even
get
full.
The
same
night,
I
ordered
the
exact
same
meal,
and
they
charged
me
85,
000
shillings,
which
is
approximately
42
US
Dollars.
I
asked
them
to
bring
it
to
my
room,
since
the
music
they
were
playing
was
loud.
They
charged
me
25%
extra
for
the
simple
service
of
bringing
it
to
my
room,
another
charge,
they
never
informed
me
of,
otherwise
I
would
have
carried
it
myself.
This
morning,
I
had
to
go
to
the
hospital,
and
I
asked
them,
since
I
have
numerous
food
allergies,
if
they
could
grill
me
some
plain
chicken,
and
some
rice.
The
staff
told
me
no,
all
they
had
was
breakfast
buffet
or
yogurt,
fruit
and
pastries.
I
explained
to
them,
as
I
had
they
day
before,
that
I
couldn't
eat
these
kinds
of
foods.
The
previous
day
I
was
told
It
would
be
not
problem,
well
today
it
was
a
problem.
After
explaining,
the
issue,
the
wait
staff,
just
kind
of
shrugged
their
shoulders,
and
told
me
they
had
fruit
available.
As
I
walked
to
reception,
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager
on
duty,
and
they
told
me
that
she
was
off
site.
When
she
returned,
I
explained
my
situation,
and
asked
her
to
refund
my
last
day,
since
they
couldn't
accommodate
my
needs.
She
called
someone
else,
who
basically
tried
to
suggest
it
was
my
fault
for
not
notifying
everyone
in
the
building
of
these
issues,
when
i
clearly
had
told
the
staff
the
day
before,
of
these
issues.
I
even
had
my
friend
explain
it
to
several
waiters
in
Kiswahili.
After
about
10
minutes
of
discussion,
they
tried
to
manipulate
me,
saying,
"no
this
time
we
can
do
this
etc
etc-so
I
left.
Additionally,
the
pool
is
dirty,
full
of
leaves.
You
also
cant
bring
in
outside
food
or
drink,
so
if
you
don't
get
full
with
their
food,
which
you
won't,
you
can't
supplement
it,
with
other
things.
All
in
all,
it
was
one
struggle
after
the
other,
with
lots
of
unnecessary
strife,
and
tons
of
hidden
fees
for
things,
just
milk
more
money
out
of
you.
If
I
could
give
it
a
zero
star
I
would.
Also,
I
would
like
to
say,
that
due
to
these
conditions,
and
"hidden
fees,
"
I
have
already
reported
them
to
the
Tanzanian
Tourism
Board.
Please
be
warned.
