A variety of fish and sea foods available, you can choose fresh ones or smoked ones or even cooked ones. The good thing here is that this is a free market anybody can sell or buy food. There is also a ferry nearby

This spot is as local as it gets, especially during the daytime. It's pretty unique compared to the fish markets I've strolled through in other countries. If you want the full local experience, I'd say definitely sit down for lunch. Here's the cool part: you can get yourself some freshly fried seafood – think cuttlefish, prawns, or fish – take it over to your table, and pair it up with some rice or whatever tickles your taste buds. Keep an open mind because this place is all about diving into the local vibes and flavors.

A traditional local fish market. Must-visit!! They will catch, wash and process the fish around. A very cool experience.

Interesting to see it no matter the time, even if you don't catch it right when the fish come in.

Lots of fresh fish right from the ocean. You can buy straight from fishermen and eat there. My friend Fupi helped us to clean, roast and get Ugali to got with.

Fish sellers say prices by looking at our cast. Just burst prices higher without noticing that we are Tanzanians & not expartriates. So be aware.
