The hotel located near Nidhal street , the location is not good it’s near industrial area but the hotel is clean and the service is good , the staff were nice. The restaurant was small and unique, regarding the breakfast there was a variety in food type. There’s street parking in front of the hotel.

A good hotel to stay in. Great rooms and wonderful staff. Breakfast is good too and the hotel has whatever you need. I'm not too sure about to location, it is far from the main centre and the area at night isn't too safe to walk around. No such restaurants or shopping at night.

The room atmospher was truble not comfort at all, and the bathroom equipment too poor and need to replace or even rebuild. The elevetor need to fix or to replace because you can hear a noisy sound when move. The door's lockers and handle of doors are too poor or broken. The breakfast was good, and also the wireless internet, the staff also good and welcoming but the hotel need to repair and replace many things. The lobby and the reception are good and comfort

Reasonable price and comfortable, I think for a hotel like that it was quite charming and the bed was clean. Bathroom wasn’t the best but you can live with it. I recommend it.

Once I stayed there for 2 nights… Here my reviews: 1) Location: was good and calm, no generator noises heard (which is heard most of hotels in Baghdad) 2) The staffs were very polite 3) foods: breakfast was perfect and it was free, lunch was good and price was reasonable. 4) services: they claimed 4-Star hotel, but for me it was 3-Stars based on rooms and cleanliness, bathrooms were old and needs renewing, they provided free wifi. 5) price: somewhat overpriced.

The staff is very friendly and has free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast buffet. However, the hotel needs a significant upgrade from wall to wall.

Good hotel in Baghdad, good value for money. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast with food variety and excellent taste. Rooms are generally clean and tidy, but the building is in desperate need for maintenance! The restaurant is great with good food and moderately priced! Staff are friendly, but a bit slow to customer ‘s service! Overall I liked the stay at this hotel and definitely I would go back again if I visit Baghdad! Highly recommended for budget travelers or business!

Booked this hotel for my mum and grandmother for 3 days , My mum was super happy with the service, the food , the interior and how clean the place was. They were really helpful with everything they needed and had delicious food. So we will stay here again for sure .

Very nice decoration, bad neighborhood, clean restaurant but dirty plates check before eating, do not stay in last floor because of the generator noise after midnight.

The staff are extremely friendly however the hotel is quite out of date, requires serious maintenance. Furniture are worn out, the rooms are old and tired-looking. Breakfasts are better than dinners
