We are tourists and went to the restaurant to try the Masgouf. After 1h30 waiting and seeing all the tables around us being served and not us we got up and were ready to leave, waiter told us food will come soon and waited another 20mn. Brought the food asking us if we were hungry.. Yes we were! Apart from the awful service, hummus was great, food was good I just realized I am not a fan of carp fish. But I guess it's a nice place to be with outside garden.

Very tasty authentic grilled fish (Masgoof) nice outdoor and indoor seating, available parking, kid’s friendly as there is playground, they also have families space and prayers room. Food was great and very good tea. The only downside is it took so long to get our order though we already called and ordered what we want before we leave the house!

This the last restaurant in abunoas street that it is working now! You can eat Iraqi fish with wonderful taste and see the garden near the dejla and also you can see the manner of fish cooking it is special with fire. It,s nice 😎

The fish has no salt in it, not very tasty, but it’s good for those who like to modify the taste as they like, a lot of waiting is to be excepted

Nice & simple restaurant present's Iraqi fishes & barbecue, food is very delicious and they also presents sumarian bread which made from milled rice "locally known as: Siyah". You need to call them before ordering because fishes take a long time on traditional Iraqi grill to be cooked "up to 90 minutes". Prices are good compared with local markets, but you get the same orders with lower prices from local fish stores on the streets.

Amazing experience beside the most famous baghdad street abu nouas, fish was 11/10 and the staff is amazing, great on the house starters and if you planning to come please call them 2-3 hrs in advance because the fish is fresh and bbq in most authentic and ancient way

The place is nice but in Sumer it is very hot. I recommend adding more ventilation to the outdoor area. The service is not fast, and they don't tell you when the fish is ready, I recommend they tell the customer before ordering. It takes 2 hours long to get the fish ready and 30 minutes to bring the hookah. The test is excellent 👌 and there is a family section too.

Good place to have Masgoof , and to watch football matches. There is a garden and an indoor hall so you choose both. Try to call them before coming to prepare the fish because it might take some time to be cooked.

If you like grilled fish you have to try this restaurant however you have to wait more than 45 minutes

They served local eastren cuisine but mainly fish In old cooking ways ,also you can order Hookah The resturant build in old iraqi way, there is garden around where you can take a walk enjoying the birds and fish pool The resturant beside the tigris river.
