Calm and nice place to relax. Beds are bit uncomfortable. Staff is cooperative and very much welcoming.

It was excellent due to the professional welcome and genuine smiles on the faces of the people at the main check-in counter to the cleanliness of the rooms to the lush rich breakfast as well as the perfect location at the heart of Baghdad Everything was great and I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. Great service, they accommodated my request for early check-in. I had an 8 hour late over in Baghdad and the room served its purpose. The reviews raved about how clean it is, I mean it is fine but nothing to Rave about. The location was also good close to many famous places.

The staff are kind and helpful. They gave me their own cell phone to call inside Baghdad at the reception. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. However although there were signs of NO SMOKING at hotel, people at lobby (even one receptionist) and also at breakfast room were smoking! Sometimes even I could smell the power generator smoke at my room. The hotel location is good, right beside Tigris river but I do not know why no one walks beside the river. So I was afraid to do that either!

We stay only for one night, and really this hotel superb and very comfortable, everythings are good and as new, the cleaning rate too high, the room contain small kitchen and good size bathroom. The staff very welcoming, and helpful. Nur resturant at the top 7th floor with fantastic view over Abu Nawas street on side on revier, they offer many options of food, drinks and Narigilla, with good price.

The location is perfect near to road abo noyaise Street the room was clean and the breakfast was very good and location was excellent in the roof with nice view I really enjoyed when staying at that hotel

Its my third time I started in here, its absolutely fantastic, save, clean and smiley people but a quiet expensive. Most thing I like is the amazing nespresso coffee 🤗

The BEST!

Clean, comfy beds and pillows. Shower leaks water from underneath. Kitchen lacks pots, pans, cutting knife, cleaning soap plus sponge. Kitchen is totally empty. Half a roll of toilet paper that won't last over night. Noisy location at night. Breakfast is very good.

Loved it, more than expected in Kirkuk. Toilets are a bit small there though and electric power is a problem sometimes. Prices for rentals are slightly above average. Lacks some important services and facilities in the compound and somehow far away from Kirkuk center.

It is a very good hotel, especially the restaurant on the seventh or sixth floor I don’t really remember!
