I came here following what I believed to be honest reviews. This hotel is by far one of the worst hotels I have gone to throughout my stay in Iraq . The only thing they have going for them is that they are on a street where a taxi can easily pick you up. The first thing I noticed was the owner in yelling on the phone in his office . Once entering the bathroom. It was beyond dirty , and smelled like bowel movements. Their was no cold water in the bathroom. The tv didn’t work either. The bed did not look made and no pillow cases on the pillows. The second floor cafe was so bad we waited an hour just to get coffee from a machine. We continued to wait for other stuff we ordered and it never came so we cancelled it and went out. The buffet is a whole other sad story .. it was just a waste of money. Other hotels close to imam mousa cost 5-10$ More and provide much more better accommodations and services .

The staff was a bit rude in the discussion ! He was a Syrian guy, his name is Yousef !Actually we called the reception to book a room one day before the check in date with a rate we confirmed! Then when we came to the check in time , they asked us for a higher rate !!! They are not professional at all with the customer care, not trained at all !!!? Anyhow its a hotel in Baghdad ! The TV is not working properly , very noisy from the window on the main road, you are hearing the whole noise from the street and the passing cars all the time ! but they have some positive things in this property which is the room is clean, the location is awesome , the toilet is good comparing with the expectation!

Nice location, close enough if you are after religious events like a visit to Imam Kadhem pbuh. The view from the top level is amazing, make sure you get there even at night.

A nice place to stay in , good room service. Sometimes loud voices come from neighbors which indicate a privacy issue Also sometimes a lack of hot water .

We had a wedding reception here. The hotel is very nice but the staff stole some of the food. هوتيل جميل و لكن العاملات سرقو بعض اكل المهر
