I didn’t stay in the hotel, I went for a meeting there. I loved the greenery.

Small rooms, low roofs , dim lighting, fully locked windows for security, taking advantage of its location in green zone. Good food and treatment.

The food is excellent, the accomodation is tidy and clean.. an excellent facility in which to conduct meetings. My only gripe was that the AC in the rooms wasn't working efficiently. During the night the rooms felt a little too warm to sleep comfortably..

Had an excellent dinner at their buffet restaurant. Kunefe was out of world Soup (some funny name) was excellent Beef steaks were very fine Salads and Hummus was very fine Fish excellent Tried several other dishes and they all were excellent

Have to stay in green zone hotel and although it gives the impression of being tired and rundown it is pretty well fitted out. Breakfast has wide variety. Evening buffet has wide variety but there is,a,good, cheap room service menu. Plenty of space good pool and gym so plenty to do when you can't get out for,security reasons

Ah, oh well this is an office mostly, with embassies and multilateral organizations so nothing much to do besides meeting them. Not recommended for a private and social moment..

I used to come here and stay for months as a VIP in this hotel in the 90s as a kid with my family until 2004 before the war. Was a great hotel and staff. Would like to come back. Have so many memories during my long stays here.

Beautiful grounds around this hotel. Large conference rooms and banquet halls. Neat little gift shop near the lobby. The cafe at the rear of the lobby served good coffee and interesting cakes. Saw a large pool with a diving board, but did not see anyone using it. A family of mama cat and kittens roam the gardens.

Just arrived for a 5 day work trip. Had chicken kebab for my first night here and it was really good, rooms are comfortable. Staff are friendly.

The best security coverage of the hotel territory. High quality of services, comfortable rooms and safe place in Baghdad. Gym, swimming pool, landscaping are awesome.

Nice hotel in Baghdad....the only thing is that if you are there for Ziyarat...this hotel in in green zone and far from the shrines for about 20-40 min.

You have ATM available in the hotel which is free of charge when using Visa cards,good customer service by guards and the entire hospitality staff

The place is perfect for business stay, the hotel is located in a very secured area and the access to the area is very limited but hotel management will help access the customers. A lot of gardens and green areas. New GYM. Outdoor pool. No alcohol (dry hotel) but there’s some tolerance with foreigners about bringing their own drink. I gave 5 starts comparing to the other hotels in Baghdad

Not like a real 5 stars hotel

Too limited food choice for a medium to long stay. Buffet cost too high. Room maintenance very reduced.
