Big rooms truly plenty of space! Good service Yet kinda rude receptionist (the female one) And overall the hotel is very noisy! Anyone closing their doors you'll feel they're near you You cannot turn on AC bcz of noise! The plugs pro is here too!

I had bad experience in this hotel, the room has no lights, only one spot is working in the room, mustafa the receptionist is not helpfull and he is very overwhelmed with treating the guests as he doesn't organizae to help one guest by one, he was really unhelpful to book a taxi to the airport for us! The breakfast is really not good, and the body guards on the door are disrespectful, and the worst was the hairdresser in the hotel, he is very unprofessional!

The room was very good and clean. We Waited for over an hour for our dinner to be sent up to our room. And the breakfast could be a lot better. Two of the things I tasted was old otherwise it was a very clean restaurant and over all the hotel was very good. The staff was excellent.

DISGUSTING SERVICE. They don’t follow the rules for British citizens and I’m of Iraqi origin .. they just want to make money. Reception service especially a guy called Mustafa … so rude and disrespectful.. they don’t care for their customers and speak to you with a really really bad attitude. For $200 a night their rooms stank and the bathroom was old and horrible. Nothing is good about this hotel. Bunch of thieves and liars. The only good thing I can say is the service from kadhim in the restaurant.. such a sweet young guy. Avoid avoid avoid.. if you’re looking to book this hotel … DONT… book SHAHEEN HOTEL & RESTAURANT and thank me later. (Same price for a suite and it’s so nice and lovely and welcoming)

Expensive hotel and not very clean and nice

Location is very good and the room was good and cleaning level was good as well. The breakfast offers was good and tasty. Nice to stay at this location.

By all means it worths 3 star no more, I woke up by the sound of drilling! Bath not clean,,no facilities and very expensive.

They wrote a letter that there is maintenance work in the hotel from 11 am to 5 pm but at 9 am they start working without carrying customers situation especially we are at Ramadan time every one sleeping late and waking up late.

Based on rates, Services and accommodations must be way better.

Not 5 star but the location perfect near restaurant and good place

Check-In Date: 19/12/2022 Before checking in, I called the hotel twice to confirm the rooms had heating/cooling under customer's control and I was told, it is. This was one of the major requirements post my experience in Jordan. I came to check in at around 8 am and they said, not it is not possible and it can either be cooling or heating. I argued my case and they said, we will change your room's system to cooling and in case you feel cold at some point, we will give you a portable heater to which I agreed. Three days it worked well, fourth day i.e. a while ago I turned the AC on and it would not work. Called reception and they sent maintenance .. this maintenance guy said we have turned it to "heating" today and you can't use the AC. I again called reception and they said you can change your room and we can't do anything. It is past midnight and they expect me and my mother who is in her 70s to get dressed, pack the luggage and change the room. Instead of giving us what we want (the basis of the whole stay in this pathetic hotel) they told us there is nothing we can do and instead started to give us options such as open the window (it is noisy outside from the streets). I am shocked, they did not ask us to sleep a certain way? This has been the most pathetic hotel throughout my middle eastern tour so far. Reception is rude (Hussain is the guy doing graveyard shifts). They don't have duty manager on at this hour and there is no one who can help. I would not even give it 1 star, the only reason they are getting it is cause of people at the Mood Cafe. Most ridiculous service ever! Guys, be careful before you plan on staying here. My stay was amazing. Meena called me before arriving to make sure all good. She then made sure all was good thru the stay. Mahmoud was super friendly and helpful. In fact all staff great. The breakfast is beyond amazing. I have stayed at many hotels and this is one of the best. Cannot recommend it more. Welcoming and caring.

A bit expensive comparing to a 4 stars hotel, despite the fact that the hotel offers a free of charge non alcohol mini bar. The hotel offers very good WiFi, rooms are cleaned and staff are friendly. Maybe the size of rooms is not quite big, yet I was fine with that. Recommended for business.

This is actually one of the best 4-star hotels I've stayed at. Clean, modern and located in a great area. The downside: it's really expensive for its class.

Hotel itself is clean and nice, breakfast buffet is great but, personally, I received room with no windows and felt very claustrophobic.

Enjoyed my 16 days stay at this extremely well managed hotel in one of the best areas in Baghdad, Jadriya. The entire staff were helpful, pleasant and courteous, the hotel is always clean and well maintained. The room was clean and well equipped with a good range of cold soft and hot drinks. An amazing array of varieties of international and authentic Iraqi breakfast, you can help yourself to as many servings as your apetite allows you to from a beautifully laid out buffet. Very happy with the security and the number of security men.Undoubtatley I will be staying at this hotel during my next visit. Highly recommended.

The room was good, though bit expensive. 200$ per night for one person. The breakfast was good and overall a clean palace. I give one star because I could not sleep throughout the night because of the generators voice as I was in 5th floor while it is all 6 floors. This was to annoying and will never go there again.
