It is extremely overpriced, low competence and total lack of professionalism. Smells a lot from diesel generator. Breakfast made me stomach sick for several days. The only good about the hotel is its very high level of security.

Nice hotel... Old but decent to stay in. Breakfast not so wonderful but the chef will prepare what you want. Nee to ask house keeping to clean up. Staff are helpful and prepared to provide what you need.

Not clean at all and old. There is no maintenance for the hotel. Elevators are dangerous, sometimes works and sometimes no. In the room the safe is not working, the tv is not working and from my window i have a disgusting view where the window is like a trap for the birds where they fall and die. Moreover, the room is not soundproof and you can feel the air from outside even if the windows are closed. Also, poor breakfast and there is always a smoking smell in the elevators. The only positive thing is that the staff are friendly and very sad for the hotel situation.

Visitor can tell that the hotel is very old from first impression. Entrance to hotel is not a good experience and security check was poor which made me concerned. Receptionist was not professional. Room was not very clean and all windows were blocked with wooden panels as the hotel overlooks the green zone. Breakfast was poor in quality, and selection. Could not evaluate service as there wasn't any. I hope management takes my notes positively to improve the hotel and hire professional staff.

Nice hotel & staff, but no water kettle in the room, the aminities are few, no channels on TV, there's pads but no pen or pencil... that sort of stuff... Oh, yes... & I don't think that the safe box is working too... I would give it 3.5 stars, there's no half star & wouldn't give it 3, so it got the 4 stars 😊

The place from the 60s. A lot of renovation is required. The food is disgusting. The rooms are barley clean. The one star given is for the friendly staff. Beware that there is a club just down the hotel which will make your life a living hell if you are planning to sleep. They charge extra 3.75% on the bill when you pay by card. Regards.

Worst services, management, facilities etc the door key never works, out of 4 elevators only 1 works if you are lucky then sometimes 2 elevators work, bathrooms are not clean, food is poor, etc anyway I will never recommend this hotel to anyone,

Big name hotel with digesting content Just rooms was big and clean other wise i spent worst night in my live , the sound of generator was shouting in my head till morning , no sound proof balcony door and windows , hot room while temperature was 50 C°out side ,, terrible breakfast , may be not say more.

Too many names for a sheraton hotel. The services are horrible. Price is so high for the quality of the food and the amenities. This hotel needs a serious renovation and new management. Beware of the reception staff. They get kickbacks from taxi drivers and other services they recommend. Horrible place.

I thought it was 5 star hotel, it wasnt...not a great introduction to Baghdad ..
