Totally unprofessional. vvvvvveryy Bad quality.. 1) Twice they have send damaged Sofa set in my house. 2) We bought dining table & chair.. 6 months later the chairs were loose. 3) We bought a small wardrobe.. They told us it is made by Segun wood after delivery they said its not segun wood Very bad dealing making fool to customers. waste of Moneyyyy

I have purchased 2 shoe rack from Serampore showroom after sale service is pathetic, in the time of purchasing they have confirmed lock will be install very next day but 2 days gone till my lock are not installed when I have called the showroom they are telling work pressure and non availability of materials this is just pathetic after sale service

I have ordered several furnitures from the Serampore store and I am extremely pleased with the customer service as well as quality of the products. Worst furniture shop I have ever seen. Their sofa has dammaged within 5 months and they took 2 months for repair. Their repairing work is worst. If posible I will give them negative five star.
