do
the
hour-long
online
sessions
with
Mettle
(Shaikat)
from
Chicago.
I
find
these
classes
extremely
helpful
as
they
are
personal,
customized,
and
challenge-driven.
Everyday
day
is
differently
designed
with
a
fine
mix
of
CrossFit,
Strength
training,
Cardio,
Stretching,
etc.
per
my
need
of
the
day
and
also
depending
on
my
short
and
long
team
goals.
Shaikat's
depth
of
knowledge
on
nutrition
and
body
mechanism
helps
to
guide
through
the
process
of
choosing
food
the
right/best
way
on
a
day
to
day
basis.
He
is
always
available
when
I
reach
out,
flexible
with
my
timetable,
and
pushes
me
with
a
fine
balance
to
keep
me
on
track.
I
have
been
working
out
with
Mettle
since
June
2020
during
lockdown
from
home.
I
have
completed
six
months
with
him
and
lost
16
pounds
(7.3
kgs)
slowly
and
consistently,
exactly
how
I
wanted
to.
I
have
lost
fat,
gained
lean
muscle
mass,
and
feel
much
stronger
and
energetic
to
perform
my
daily
tasks.
Additionally,
I
have
seen
my
migraine
subsiding,
which
is
a
bonus.
I
would
strongly
recommend
Mettle
Fitness
Studio
to
anyone
who
is
conscious
of
their
health,
wants
to
get
back
on
track,
leads
a
sedentary
lifestyle,
or
stuck
at
home
to
lead
a
fulfilling
health
journey.
