    I’d like to praise a lovely young man Josh Thomas for his help today in McDonald’s Morfa, There was a few teenagers sitting behind us pointing and laughing and making fun of one of our friends. We told them off and Josh stepped in and asked us if we were ok and we told him what was going on and he explained to the boys that they cannot make fun of people and that it isn’t nice and if they were to continue they’d be asked to leave. We appreciate his help and kindness as most staff in most places would’ve just walked past and ignored the situation. Very lovely and kind man. Deserves all the praise x

    Well!!!! The famous ‘Fast Food’ eatery was DEFINITELY NOT fast today!!!!!! Arrived at around 2:20pm and had to wait OVER 20 MINUTES FOR COLD FOOD!!! Just to mention, I returned the meal and only got a Luke Warm replacement 5 minutes later 🤷🏼 It really wasn’t as if it was really busy there either in or Drive Through🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ What on earth is going on guys 🤷🏼🤷🏼🤷🏼🤷🏼🤷🏼🤷🏼🤷🏼 Definitely WON’T be going there again!! If I could have given this venue 0 Stars - I most certainly would!

    At 9:30 on a Sunday morning they have 17 people waiting for orders with non coming out , completely prioritising the drive through and taking on too many Uber eats orders .

    Quick service for the drive through. Ordered from the saver menu and was ready within 30 seconds. Staff were great. The app is fantastic to use, will always be using this from now on.

    Breakfast was had. What kind of breakfast, you ask? Pancakes. McMuffin. Breakfast wrap. Tea. Coffee. Milk. All the classics. It was prepared in a timely fashion, arrived warm, and tasted good. The restaurant had two working iPads out of a potential 3. The playground was being washed, which was reassuring. Thanks, Ronald McDonald. And thanks also, your team of hardworking employees.

    Normal McDonalds, plenty of parking and disabled toilet. Not so keen on the new cheese burger and the chips could have been hotter but all ok otherwise.

    Very slow service. Number came and went off the correct screen when I queried the staff member said it had been served off and not to worry. 18 minutes after ordering still no food. Had to ask again. When it finally came out had been sitting on the side. So I sent it back. Left to drive home, the bacon cheeseburger was lacking the bacon! Rubbish.

    Can't fault the regular McDonald's experience. You know what you're getting. However, a couple of points to note: i) The layout here is weighted in favour of 'drive through' with no easy or obvious path to the entrance. Maybe easier to park in Morrisons next door if you've mobility issues. ii) On two occasions at 2 different locations I've tried the Plant Based (vegan) Burger, and it just doesn't keep its warmth. I guess that is to be expected with plant based food, but disappointing when you're looking forward to hot food.

    JOSH THOMAS DESERVES PRAISE FROM HIS MANAGERS- I am writing this review in relate to an incident that happened today Sat 3rd June around 1pm. A young group of boys decided to be rude/bully my friend and made her very uncomfortable, I would like to praise a staff member I believe named Josh Thomas, who straight away made sure me and my friends were okay, as well as warning the group of bullies that their behaviour won’t be tolerated. I can not thank Josh enough for his customer service and believe he deserves a huge praise for his actions and amazing work ethic. Thank you again Josh, your customer service and work ethic is greatly appreciated!!!

    Today I visited McDonald's Morfa shopping center and order 1 apple pie. And my food was received within 5 to 7 minutes. But actually, they served me an expired apple pie with an expired label and when I go back for a replacement she told me to park my car in Bay1 it will take 5 minutes I said it is fine but after 20 to 25 minutes no one come outside to serve me. Suddenly one of the staff member is outside and I ask for the same he helped me and served me only one apple pie after 30 to 35 minutes. It's ridiculous service I don't want to again for the same place. Tim Hortons is better option for drive thru.

    It’s very difficult to rate the food at McDonald’s - any McDonald’s, as they followed or hopefully follow the same guidelines while preparing food. However, general cleanliness is another story altogether. Here, the toilets were actually smelling and it’s appalling that cleanliness has taken a back seat when it comes to the toilets. I really hope that the kitchen is kept clean ! The atmosphere was as vibrant as ever, though not as crowded as this eatery can be on some days of the week. We ordered table service and there were NO complaints regarding the personnel who served the food. Come on, guys get the toilets clean and sparkling.

    Visited Morfa McDonalds and ordered a McCrispy with no Mayo (dietary requirement), waited 15 minutes for the food to be brought to the window, expected a wait due to making an amendment. However, when I opened the burger it had Mayo (with a no Mayo sticker on it!). Went back through the drive thru to explain the issue, not once did I get an apology!! New burger delivered by a guy who barely smiled and said nothing to me! Disgusting service considering they messed up on my order.

    As is usual with McDonalds now , they are concentrating on the delivery boys to the detriment of the call in customer . Waited 20 minutes + which was way too long , given freebies but that's not the point , fries then the hottest I've ever had in any Mc D's [ good ] but Big Tasty cold and sans Bacon at 60p or whatever [ bad ] and this Big Tasty was not the same as I have had in the past for some reason , just not great outside of it's chill factor .The staff were all very pleasant and looked to be on the ball but the system re card purchase and delivery boys is screwing it up for the customer who can be bothered to call in - Sort this McD's because you are now an expensive proposition and are not anywhere near as good in food quality terms as Burger King although your staff are probably better [ although that too is changing ] and the ambience / seating area in a McD's is better than the appalling set in in Burger King . Perhaps a merger is the answer !

    This is only unprofessional branch in entire swansea. Specifically I don't think most manager of this branch do any work. Everytime i see them i see they are just walking doing nothing behind that stupid wall they designed. I don't think in McDonald's u need to wait almost 20 minutes just get one small drink(this is only one situation i mentioned. Me and some customers and also delivery driver waited nearly half an hour and we all tried to call them but few of them just kept looking at us but dont want to come and say hello.All employees stay inside the kitchen they dont want to listen when you call them. I dont know why they put wall in the middle and employees take advantage of that they all try to hide in there. Absolutely ridiculous !! They all focus on drive through. I think they should close eat in and all delivery services

    Food only ever seems to be correct when ever you visit the store. From my opinion never use uber eats for delivery from this restaurant. They never seem to get the orders correct and when contact the store for an explanation as to why you have not got what you ordered the response from the manager is far from what you would expect. I would not recommend anybody use uber eats from this restaurant. And not just once twice but three separate occasions. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    Shocking experience. Sunday afternoon… 15 mins queue in the drive in. I would have driven back out but you’re trapped in the queue as soon as you drive in to the car park. Ordered 3 drinks and cheese melt dippers. Went to pay and they added a cheeseburger to the order. Despite me paying cash they insisted that I get my refund from the next window. At the next window they took back the cheeseburger anf I had to push them for a refund … they only gave me a £1 coin back (charged £1.19) I gave up and parked up to eat the cheese dippers but… they hadn’t given me the dip 🙈. So ate them dry. Went to drink my coffee and it went straight over my tee shirt because they hadn’t attached the lid properly. Never again (see picture)

    The first time I came to here, when I opened the box halfway through eating, I found that a piece of chicken had been bitten, which was disgusting. I went to ask the staff why it was like this. The staff actually told me that they did not know, no one had eaten it, and did not exchange it for a new one. I just took the piece of meat that was bitten and gave it to a new one. It's really disgusting. When my son was eating French fries, he found an unknown hair on the French fries. It was so scary that he would never come back.

    Wait here is always longer than a fast food restaurant should be, we had a very large order and the food was warm rather than hot, double quarter pounder was very dry like eating cupboard and lacked any salt. Disappointing visit.

    20 minute wait for a tea, a soft drink, a cheeseburger and an apple pie which i was informed when i picked food up that none were available. When i asked for a refund the young man asked " a supervisor" and was told she will have to wait 5 min. To which i asked for an alternative dessert as i didn't have time to wait any longer, the young man that served me was appologetic about the wait. I can only assume that the mountain of drinks on the counter had been there since everyone placed thier order. My tea was luke warm by the time i got it.

    Fast food? Think again. Constantly prioritising rude uber eats/deliveroo orders. This restaurant does not have the capacity to cope with its current demands. Management need to put eat-in service first. Terrible. Never again.

    This branch literally cannot get an order right! 3 occasions IN A ROW somethings been missing from the order! To make it worse we have never had food served in less than 20 minutes! This Place is a joke.. when the issue was raised with management I was told 'we are only human!' If it was a huge order I could understand.. fact is if 3 meals are being ordered then its gonna be a lucky dip who gets food!

    Understaffed for how busy it was. Seemed to be more focus on the drive through. Floor sticky and tables full of rubbish. Flies on the order screens. Food was warm at best. Wont be back.

    Called in on sat with my grandson, was really busy. Place was dirty sauce on walls bins overflowing. My salad came a box of lettuce, 2 slices of tomato and a little piece of chicken for £2.99 was disgusted. Will not be returning to this branch.

    Very slow service for customers in the restaurant, it took 25 minutes for a burger and a happy meal. They prioritise drive thru customers and pick up drivers for Just Eat etc.

    Wow drove here to order food for my kids monthly mcdonalds treat. Waited 17 mins for order to drive all the way home to have half to order missing. Called store to be told come down and we will sort the missing items. At 198 a litre fuel does mcdonalds think I'm f,,,ING loaded to afford to drive there and back drive. Total jobs worth on the phone. The laizze faire approach doesn't work with me. Absolutely discuting service

    95% it's not fast food when the drive thou is busy it's bit like traffic jam on the M25 and once u stuck in the queue there's no getting out of it. But kids grandkids love a Maccies it's worth the wait for them

    Awful! Staff swearing loudly behind the counter, and messing around. The ice-cream i ordered was left on the back counter, i could see it, by the time they passed it out it was completely melted. I told the server it had been left to long and melted I was told ' just stir it up.' Appalling service.

    If you order the Italian stack, make sure you get a large, it's soo dry y'all gonna need a big drink to help it down. It's not a good choice, Also I think there was a pube on our table. 2/10 would pass.

    Service was fast and food was warm but i am sure staff are on commission for saving sauces. Ordered pancakes and syrup... didnt get the syrup. It came with the meal so therefore i paid for it but never got it.
