It was a fun evening with friendly staff. Shout out to Vi (Wolletta) in dining. Food was good with great service through out. My luck was fair and left £190 ahead! I’d return as the menu is reasonably broad and the quality good. It was lightly crowded with a fair selection of video slot machines (no reels). Table games available. Full bar. Prices were reasonable.

We as a party of 4. 2 girls 2 men. Very much enjoy until suddenly the 2 men bare in mind they are Turkish we're not allowed any more alchol we're as us 2 English females were allowed more alchol when we had drunk the same amount. They couldn't provide an answer as neither of the men were drunk. Based on the elderly bar staff reaction to them. We as a group definitely felt she had some racism in her the way she reacted at them and cut them off suddenly but not us

Wow!! What can I say ! 2 of us, sat night, few drinks amd meal, it's cold, we head to casino to end the night. Thuglife bouncer who likes the trainer wearing £5 spenders who drink free Pepsi are allowed in, but my friend is classed as drunk and not allowed in ? Were adults, in our 40s, and have money to spend...... Oh well, I guess loss making is the way these days .....

I've been to several casinos throughout the UK, for me Swansea just has a nicer feeling about it. Dealers, managers, everyone's a bit more friendly and approachable. Great little venue.

Very easy going atmosphere and reasonable food and drink prices. Staff are very friendly and working hard yo keep the place safe and clean.

Keep mind always play for fun... keep spending in control because you will never win against casino

Great atmosphere in here with wonderful staff especially the bar lady who was very attentive and chatty.

Fine, if you like this sort of thing! Very busy on the Joshua fight night but bar staff still working hard. The old place is starting to look a bit shabby again after the previous refurb, but I guess you're not too worried about that when drinking or gambling!

Had a great time in the casino. Staff are lovely and it's always a nice experience

Have been a member for years always felt safe and welcome. Don't know what's happening there not asked for membership cards on arrival and place starting to look neglected
