Siamo stati (abbastanza) bene a Rocca Palazzaccio, la struttura esterna è molto carina con zone come la piscina e area bbq ben attrezzate. Tuttavia la valutazione 5 stelle è molto generosa. Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento 7 per 4 notti: - manca la lavastoviglie ( per soggiorni lunghi è indispensabile). - il materasso è veramente di bassa qualità. Molto scomodo. Il proprietario/responsabile della struttura forse non ci ha mai dormito. Andrebbe cambiato subito e migliorerebbe la qualità del soggiorno. - il Divano letto una volta aperto blocca il passaggio nella camera ( bisogna quindi chiuderlo e rifarlo tutti i giorni). - manca uno specchio intero - manca tv in camera da letto ( personalmente non mi dispiace) Infine, ma è un parere mio personale, manca completamente del rapporto umano. Mai incontrato nessuno in 4 giorni: comunicazioni di servizio automatiche via whatsapp sul check in/out, riscossione tassa di soggiorno. Risposte monosillabe a qualche domanda. Non un messaggio di saluto (neanche automatico) al check out. Personalmente non l’accoglienza che mi aspetto di vivere in Toscana.

Fantastic service! Great place for larger groups to stay. If you dont have anything against using 20-30 minutes to get to Florence, this is perfect.

The stay at the Palazzaccio was the higlight of our vacation. We didn’t know what to expect when we booked via Air BNB but we where sold on the room of Appartement 13 and the great price and benefits of the appartement. The appartement was cosy en was great for me and my girlfriend. We put the tabel outside to eat dinner in the evening and to have a little extra space in the appartement. Everything was wel organised and the host and his employees where very friendly and helpful. We needed a broom and this was sorted out within 10 minutes time. The swimmingpool and the premis of the appartement was very good and you could walk 5 minutes to a supermarket and a buss station in Tavarnuzze. We really liked our stay and we will be sure to visit the appartement next time when visiting Toscany!

We stayed for one week at Residence Rocca del Palazzaccio and it was a truely great experience. The communication with Mario was very convenient and quick. We loved the stay, the appartments are beautiful and clever furnitures with everything you might need for a longer stay in Tuscany. The COVID preparations at the pool were really outstanding. Every apartment got their own little area with fix deck chairs and umbrellas. You could leave your belongings there even if you went away for some time without disturbing the other guests. I can only recommend to stick with this procedure even when the COVID measures are over.

We couldn't have any better stay at Rocca del Pallazzaccio. The room was astonishing, if we needed service we'd get it as soon as possible, and the pool had a beautiful view. The only thing that was sometimes a little bugging was reaching the location via bus. It was quite a walk, and the road wasn't the safest road. But you get used to it and it's not such a big deal. Francesco, if you read this, you're the best. We'll be visiting again someday.

It was really nice, good nice and clean appartment, nice pool. They take care of you. One note if you are disabled please check what room you get some are really with a lot stairs

Had a lovely stay, nice environment and good service. We were able to contact the hostess trough WhatsApp anytime of the day. The walk to the Coop is a bit scary (no sidewalk).

Séjour exceptionnel dans cette superbe résidence. Propreté, équipements, personnel, tout est parfait. La liaison avec le centre ville par le bus 37 est un plus. Communication impeccable avec Mario. Nous recommandons à 100/100!
