Stayed for two nights, this is the first night. Problems so far; *Stained towels *Dirty shower, the anti slip mat was breeding new life. *itchy bed linens might be old or dusty. *the air condition just cools in front of it,the rest of the room is very warm. *bath tub didn't fill because the plug was dirty and the filter on the fosset had to be taken of too cause of dirt. *the TVs do not have hdmi not a big issue but cvbs signal? *noise, our room was close to the emergency escape and I was kept up by people dropping and clanging metal objects until 12am. Now they fixed the bathtub and towels pretty fast, and that's good. And I liked the food so far. So 1 star?

Only 2 big towels for 2 persons, no small towel nor floor towels, so the bathroom floor was wet. I requested for extra towels but customer service said the room is just good for two that's why they only provide 2 towels. Just one hook to hang wet towels. Just one pillow and one throw pillow for each bed. When we went to the pool area, it was dark, I looked around who can assist us. Luckily, some worker passed by so I was able to have the pool area lit. There was no sign as to how deep the pool was, no changing area. No ample light on the shower area. Parking area on the 2nd floor was just dark. A week later, I called to check if my charger was left behind, they asked my number and told me they'd call back but they didn't. So I went ahead, but the receptionist had no idea, so I explained again. Waste of time and energy.

Excellent location and service 👍 from the Mezzo Hotel staff. Everyone is caring, friendly and courteous. Laundry service, Hair Salon, restaurants at a short walking distance and the the great SM City Mall a short ride in car. To Ms Shaneen Tan and all her wonderful and professional staff (Dayanara, Dorothy,Rex, Jenny,Avelino,etc) thank you so much. We'll see you again in a couple of years.

It's a 4 star hotel but I don't feel it. The location is good if you have activities near IT park, SM, Ayala... There's an ATM machine. The staff appear well cared for by the management. I just had a bad experience drinking wine were I unfortunately almost drank a chipped glass. Though the staff apologized and offered complimentary. Massage is available too, with a small gym and small pool though not impressive, but it is good already considering that there are only few hotels nearby that have such. It has function rooms. The food, I tried for lunch but wasn't impress. I had their back ribs. It's hard maybe because of the need to defrost and the flavours hasn't sunk into the meat. R&B staff needs to be familiar with the menu. All in all, it is a good place still. It's not the extravagant type of hotel. But I see that they do care.

Highly recomended! We get to stay here for a convention and got the accommodation in super deals with free breakfast (buffet!). Rooms are spacious enough, good lighting. Their lobby is too cozy! Overall, great great place!!

Nothing complaining about rooms and service. Not nice was they uncleaned pool and the simple Filipino breakfast. Not international standard for a 4 stars hotel.

It was a pleasant experience for me yesterday. During that time, I had a pool party with my friends at ASP Cebu. It was the first time everyone came in person after twenty-eight months following the COVID-19 pandemic.

The cleanest hotel in Cebu that we've been, so far. Water is ever-flowing, neat sheets, awesome view. Wifi connection is intermittent, though.

We held my son's Baptism in the Hotel's Cafe last May,2022 and it was a huge success. The staff was very accommodating and eager to serve. They were very good with anticipating the needs of their guests (example, prompt top up drinks). Highly-recommended! I would use their services and venue again in the future. Well done!

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Services from reception, housekeeping, technicians were fast and was very satisfied with their assistance, excellent! The place is very clean. The internet was strong & stable. The hotel staff were friendly, had ready smiles, accommodating. Would stay there again if I get the chance ti go vack to Cebu. I went on their website to book my room, and it was really easy and quick. I even got a discount! If you're going to stay in Cebu City, I really suggest this hotel. It's close to bars, malls, restaurants, and a spa. The people who work there are really nice, and the food is yummy too!

We really enjoyed our stay here at Mezzo. I like the size of the room and for me the best thing about the hotel is that it is located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. You can easily walk around and check out the nearby restaurants and other activities. The room is nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was ample. It is close to major malls. The hotel has amenities like pool and gym as well. It is a good affordable hotel for those who want to go to Cebu for a short visit.

Everyday room cleaning but Cr is not cleaned properly, used cutlery is not cleared out, and complementary toiletries are not replenished daily. Bad internet connection.

Attending my friend’s wedding here. Your card system is a waste of time and energy especially during events. Room service is super slow and FRONT DESK STAFF ARE SO RUDE! So much for customer service.

The rooms are spacious, very clean, and accessible. Offer amenities that you need like pool, gym, cafe, etc. Room rates are good and very affordable and the food is delicious.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mezzo Hotel in Cebu for a 2-day Writeshop and overall, I had a positive experience. While the rooms were okay and nothing particularly stood out in terms of design or amenities, what really impressed me was the food. Their cafe served up some truly delicious dishes, and what made the experience even more memorable was the fact that the chef was very hands on. The flavors were bold and well-balanced, and I found myself eagerly anticipating each meal. Their pastries are the best. While the rooms may not have been the highlight of my stay, they were certainly comfortable and provided all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. Overall, I would definitely recommend Mezzo Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Cebu with excellent food. The chef's dedication to his craft is truly impressive and it shows in every dish he prepares.

Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Good city views. Amenities are okay as well. Food is superb! Love the breakfast spread that is available for free for in-house guests. Food during functions were awesome as well. They also took into consideration the dietary restrictions of the participants. Kudos! Staff are helpful, warm, and courteous. Although there were a couple of miscommunication between front desk and marketing/sales team. Location is great.

A generally clean and comfortable hotel. The toilet was rusty and during the Sinulog weekend rates were double and partying kids were loud and the reception sounded like a disco.

Perfectly situated in the middle of everything. Service, rooms and price were good. A must is to travel 5mins down the street to a burger place called Sal's restaurant. Literally the best juicy burgers in town. You won't be disappointed with either place.

Value for money! I had a nice sleep because the bed is great. I was able to work because they had an office chair. The internet was really fast but then had some issues. We reported it and they quickly sent us our own router. Breakfast has few selections but very tasty. I definitely recommend!

Held my wedding dinner at e Hotel. Booked 3 barkada rooms n 1 premier suites. Its trully worth it, all e staff front office, housekeeping n security r trully warm, friendly n helpful. Thank you Mdm Marie Grace C.Colon for accommodating my request with no question ask. I decide to extend for another 3 night.

We had some issues with the bedding and plumbing. They were receptive. You only have to be insistent but diplomatic at the same time. One of the niciest hotel employees in the industry.

Nice hotel, pleasant service. Since we were not sure the meals halal, so we just took water and ask the waiter to serve sliced fruits next day. And we are glad, there was sliced fruits for breakfast next day. Thanks for serving us very well.

Very accomodating hotel staffs, rooms are neat and the place is near at Cebu IT Park and Ayala Malls. If you want to do laundry, there's one nearby.

The hotel was modern , high quality, cafe on-site and great location. A traveller has access to many shops and restaurants, most in walking distance from hotel.

Even though room is spacious and clean, when you book deluxe room for two (actually 1 queen bed + 1 standard bed) you expect to have more than 1 small bottle of shampoo and more than 1 coffee available.

The hotel is fine but house keeping is atrocious. They did not even know there are no clothes hangers in the room and later held up customer who is checking out to go to the airport wanting customer to account for missing hangers. Really need to think through the house keeping process.
