The
rooms
are
adequate,
reasonably
priced
(I
paid
1200
pesos),
but
not
all
in
the
great
state
of
repairs.
(Mine
had
the
main
water
faucet
apparently
broken,
so
I
had
to
use,
uhem,
the
other
faucet
:-)
There
was
a
loud
karaoke
in
the
back,
but
they
finished
some
time
before
10
pm,
and
after
that,
it
was
just
the
highway
noise.
It
appears
that
the
lady
in
charge
of
renting
rooms
leaves
and
closes
her
office
around
6
pm,
which
means
that
it
may
be
difficult
to
get
a
room
if
you
arrive
after
that
time.
(But
maybe
the
karaoke
people
can
help
you...)
To
get
to
the
beach,
you
walk
out
the
gate
in
the
back
of
the
property,
and
down
stone
steps.
The
beach
is
ok;
there
is
a
narrow
strip
of
sharp
stones,
but
after
that
it's
all
sand.
As
in
many
beached
in
the
area,
during
the
low
tide
you
may
have
to
walk
up
to
100
m
on
the
exposed
sea
bottom
(sandy,
fortunately;
not
mud)
until
you
reach
the
water.
Swimming
is
good.
