The tour centers are asking 3,000 (per boat) for the island hopping! And on top of that, 100 per person for environmental tax. We were only 2 persons, so we asked if we can join other groups, they said they don't accommodate joiners anymore due to covid. I highly doubt that! I think each boatmen are waiting "in-line" for their turn to take tourists and now they want each boatmen to earn each day from the tourists. The more groups of tourists, the more boatmen will be needed! Can u imagine? I think it is unfair! So we didn't do the island hopping. Anyway it is only for this island Pescador. And also corals are now dead due to the typhoon but they will not tell you anything, of course! All they want is your money, not your welfare! Take note and Be careful!

No live corals and almost no fish. This island is such a waste of money and time. I understand that the corals have been destroyed by a typhoon. In this case it would be better for it to be left alone to regenerate and not mislead tourists in taking this trip

Came here on March 2022 due to crazy nice pictures and videos upload by tourists. Wrong! No turtle, colorless fishes, and the corals got damaged by typhon Ursula (December 2019) and hasnโ€™t been recovered. Bangka captain and Coast Guard donโ€™t tell you you will see nothing there but let you go there anyway. Much disappointed!

Coral reefs have unfortunately been washed away due to the Dec 2021 Typhoon. They are currently in the midst of recultivating the reef. Take care not to trample on or damage the coral nursery! Still a pleasant experience snorkeling in the area despite not being able to see much. The currents can get very strong near the open sea so take care esp if you are not a strong swimmer.

Did the โ€œIsland Hopping Tourโ€ and this is the only island on the tour. Funny. Apparently all the coral was destroyed in a typhoon. We took our snorkel gear and saw nothing but sand and a handful of fish. They should really discontinue the tour and find something better. Much more coral to be seen on white beach!

We went last June 2017 for our Team YLC's summer getaway and itโ€™s my first time in Moalboal. Aside from enjoying the white sand beach, we did not let opportunities come to pass, and that's the island hopping. First we went to Pescador Island where we enjoyed diving, snorkeling, the corals and feeding those cute little fishes. Then we headed to Panagsama Beach where we had a close encounter with the school of sardines. Being that close was such a joy. Lucky for us, we also sighted a green sea turtle.

Anything underwater is a hit for me. Fishes and corals are abundant. We only snorkeled here because we have no diving experience. Most people say this is best for diving especially the one they called cathedral. But even just snorkeling here is still a wonderful experience. The sardine run is so awesome. There is a very thick school of sardines and it's such an amazing sight. The turtles are so big and gentle looking. Watching them swim is so mesmerizing. It was my first time to see a very large pawikan.

We got very good advice to come out early...before the tourist hordes descended on this very sensitive place. I hope they can preserve it....
