The Molo Mansion used to be owned by the Yusay-Consing Family. It was bought by SM which they rehabilitated into a souvenir shop and an event space. One can tour the house for free. The grounds are filled with kiosk offering various food items such a local coffee, burger, and the loc specialty Pancit Molo. Grounds open from 7AM to 8PM.

The house was built by Estanislao Yusay and Doña Petra Lacson in 1926. It was later inherited by one of their daughters, Rosario, who was married to the Governor of Iloilo, Timoteo Consing. Philippine Presidents Manuel Quezon & Sergio Osmeña said to have stayed in the mansion. The mansion is now owned and restored by the SM Corp and is open to the public. The entrance is free. On the ground floor there is a shop selling souvenirs. Now the house is already beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations.

Just across Molo Plaza and Molo Cathedral. It holds food trucks in its vicinity. Lighting were also installed on the the outside the mansion, it might have a different persona during nighttime

Beautiful plaza. Affordable place to enjoy for... I love shopping at kultura for pinoy souvenirs and pasalubong. The items are beautiful and unique. The molo mansion has public washroom by the guard house. Not so crowded. Its just across the historical molo catholic church.

Originally known as the Lacson-Yusay Mansion, and now popularly known as the Molo Mansion. This is open to public to explore and to enjoy having the ground level as souvenir shop, with local Ilonggo and/or Filipino souvenir items. Both interior and exterior grounds are well maintained. Small local snack and coffee shops can be found within the vicinity where people can hangout and enjoy native bites while enjoying the view of the mansion as well as the park across the street.

Kudos to ILOILO LGU for restoring heritage houses in the city and still we need more like this. To teach our kids especially those who were born abroad the influenced of Spanish in our land. Even them they are really amazed of the facade, seems they are still in Europe. Inside is too crowded of souvenir items, it looks like a boutique already. We hope they manage to put it all in only 1 room.

The government improved the place. There is no entrance fee. There are street foods outside the area of Mansion and parking lot.

The mansion looked great, though it looked more of a cultural marketplace. A great stop for quality pasalubong merchandise. They also have quite a few food stalls nearby.

The main house's ground floor is now Kultura, the heritage gift shop owned by SM. No tours here, just retail spaces for merchandise and food. No entrance fees collected. Located across Molo Plaza.

The place is now an outlet of a big local store carrying Filipino products. The second floor is not now accessible and it's grounds are filled with small eateries and coffee shops. The facade is still picturesque.

The Molo Mansion's night beauty is so mesmerizing, the lights, the structure of the Mansion is breathtaking. Plus the "Kultura" items sold inside are very nice souvenirs, something to be proud of. I would like also to commend the welcoming, clean ambiance and accommodating staffs and guards. 👏👏👏

Thanks SM for not demolishing the building and for the restoration works you have made. Molo Mansion is one of Iloilo's most prized treasure. The entire Mansion hosts the Kultura store where you can buy local products and pasalubong. There are also food stalls outside the mansion where you can experience the famous Pancit Molo. The parking is wide and accesible. No entrance fee is collected for those who are interested to visit.

T'was a memorable experience being there. I was amazed with the beauty of the old ancestral house and how they were able to preserve it. Gets crowded sometimes because it is one of the must-see places in Iloilo City downtown. Food stalls, cafe and stores surround the compound and offers a different experience at night. You can also taste the famous and authentic heirloom recipe "Molo Soup" in one of the stalls outside.

you can get in & touch everything for free.. standing on the terrace, walking around empty rooms & having good imagination can truly bring you back in time.. esp standing on the front terrace/balcony while imagining carriages coming in for a party ❤️ lovely

A well preserved ancestral house right in front of Molo Park. You can enter for free. This mansion is now owned by SM Corp that turned it into a souvenir shop. The parking is free with food shops inside the compound.

I didn't get the chance to enter the mansion. None of the people could answer if it's open to the public. And there was renovation going on outside of it. But it looks beautiful from the outside. Bonus are the cafes inside the vicinity.

The Molo Mansion, also known as the Yusay-Consing Mansion, is a heritage house located in the district of Molo Philippines. It is situated in front of the Molo Plaza and Molo Church. Built in 1926, the mansion features neoclassical and subtle art deco elements. It is known for its high ceilings, Neoclassical balustrades, and decorative carvings. The Molo Mansion serves as a venue for art exhibits, markets, fairs, special occasions, and photo shoots. It was reopened to the public in 2015 and has become one of Iloilo City's finest old homes. Was very nice inside.

The building bring back memories you can roam around the building and see some stores to have a short relaxing stomach development but if you go inside the mansion it is so frustrating to see stalls of souvenirs and tradinational goods. The beautiful archifectural designs of the past has been covered with trades and going up the 2nd floor to see the rooms are prohibited unless you have the booking for events or pictorials. I've been looking for a plaque telling the history of the mansion but there is nothing to read. All you can enjoy when you visit this place is just the outside structure of the mansion and things that they are selling. When you want to know the history better google it.

Lovely historical homes in Iloilo. A place to visit and shops souvenirs (KULTURA). Best place to chill as well for snacks and coffee-there are stalls for food and refreshments. Just the Kultura staff...not that friendly

Nothing to know about the former owners of this mansion because it has turned to a souvenir shop. Nice place tho. Great for photos.

  • 4/5 Teejay D. 7 months ago on Google
Ấn impressive home but this is mostly just a shop of Kultura as the Mansion was acquired by SM. There are pancit molo food stand and coffee shop in the vicinity so you can enjoy those after a very quick tour and photo op in the Mansion.

The architecture is quite amazing, but inside is a shop for Kultura Products and probably this house is owned by SM ♥️ I visited the place early in the morning so the shop outside is closed.(Coffee Shop and their signature Molo Balls Soup

A haunting beauty, is what left with me after we visited the place last 9th of March 2022 for dinner since there are food stalls in the mansion grounds. As a local of this city, I am proud to say that this is my first time in the place😅. I never got to see the inside since its closed for the night but seeing its façade illuminated by the flicker of the antiquated lamps while having a meal, feels like being thrown back in time. We got to unwind from the rushing traffic as we stayed in the place way past 9' o'clock.

The architecture is grand. But except souvenir shop inside, there is no furniture or any interesting thing inside. Outside, there are just coffee shops and snack. It’s good to see if you are close to this place. But it’s not worth if you drive/ride all the way just for this.

A well preserved historical mansion where you can look at and buy souvenir items inside. There are food stalls outside with seats so you can rest and eat. There is also one comfort room near the guard house that was clean enough to use.

Wow this mansion is very old and majestic still show it's beauty. On the first floor they offer some clothing and accessories On the second floor you can see the painting exhibition and they are all good on their own way. It is very artistic and have a deeper concept of art. Right beside the gate there is a sumptuous and authentic pancit molo small restaurant. The pancit molo is flavorful and delicious.

It was just an unexpected visit and it was my first time to enter the molo mansion. I was amazed because there's a lot of stuff there to buy especially for souvenirs. I don't know if it was just because of dinagyang. The souvenirs are really nice because it showcases the culture of iloilo.
