Coffee Culture Roastery is a coffee shop owned by a German coffee connoisseur, who manages the shop, and his partners. Their coffee is actually nice, but the place is small, so most of the times the place is full of customers and finding a table and chairs is a problem. When they roast coffee inside the store, the place is filled with aroma, which makes drinking coffee an enjoyable experience.

Hands-down, the best coffee in Bacolod. Great roast which makes the coffee taste very natural and savory. Highly recommend their flat white. 😊 You can buy coffee beans here as well. Lots of good selections, most of which are sourced from Negros and roasted here in the cafe. Truly artisan-made. Desserts are delicious as well! I always go for the chocolate chip cookies. The cafe is very cosy.

The place has a nice vibe. Has indoor and outdoor dining. Variety of coffee blends and origins to choose from. Will try the brewed next time as i didnt like the manual brew. Definitely a good place to have coffee.

They extended their place to the back and it is gorgeous! The only downside is that there was no time where the air was clean bec someone somewhere always smokes cigarettes on end. You can buy coffee beans here, or enjoy the cafe's own roast instead. Olace is great, but the air is a no.

Visited this cafe regularly for two weeks trying different things from their menu and it has always been a pleasant experience. Has a chill vibe with some Balinese decor and a nice outdoor dining area, not to mention the amazing scent of roasting coffee beans. (the indoor area is also open-air, so no aircon, only electric fans FYI) They serve both coffee and non-coffee drinks, along with some choice pastries, (though I hope they also add some salty or savory snacks to pair with their sweeter drinks. Also note that they do not serve meals.) Service from the staff has been excellent and the owners are very accommodating, and they definitely know their coffee. They also sell coffee beans sourced both locally and abroad; mostly arabica, and a few blends. It's also a good place to get some work done if you're a digital nomad, as they have wifi and a several sockets to plug in. Parking is a little bit limited, with only about 5 car spaces. If they're full, you risk having to park along the sidewalk of a highway, but it is fortunately very accessible by jeepney (Alijis-Central Market). BTS fans will also love the huge mural along one side of the cafe, while enjoying a special "Borahae" ube frappe.

With a few changes in the floor plan, this place can enhance it's ambiance to another level. They should try to showcase their one of a kind coffee machine in a way the it does not block the entrance and interfere with customers conversations. Ambiance is king.

As a non-coffee drinker, I was delighted to find alternative options that were acid-sensitive compatible and therefore palatable to me. I enjoyed a cold mint chocolate beverage which I have to say is better (smoother and left no rasp) than the similar offering at Tom n Tom's. My companions ordered coffee variants, as well as a bundt pastry, and were just as pleasantly surprised as I was. We will definitely be hitting up Coffee Culture whenever we're in the neighborhood. We also heard there will be a coffee-themed collaboration between Coffee Culture and Berbeza Bistro... How intriguing, right? I so hope it pushes through and that something gastronomically genius ensues. Bravo!

The perfect place to be when you're hungry for a new coffee experience. They have an array of beans that they roast in-house plus they are proud supporters of local coffee farmers which we truly love and admire. They have a couple of baked goodies that you can pair with espresso-based or brewed coffee and they also have non-coffee beverages. The place is perfect for quick escape, meetings, or when you're hungry for some coffee and book time. Try their latte because if I'm not mistaken the milk that they're using are locally sourced which I rememberd to be more fatty and offers a really different flavor compared to boxed milks. Also, brewed over iced using the available beans are a MUST TRY. We fell in love with Cherry Cabanday and Marites Arellano❤️❤️❤️

This place has the BEST ENSAYMADA in the city. Their coffee spot is always a great hangout place to be, but their pastries are to die for. This week alone, Ive been there 3 times! You can never have too much of a good thing.

Cafe staffs are very accommodating and very approachable. The Cafe has the smooth sailing vibe similar within the comfort of your own house. Plus factor is how knowledgeable the staffs when it comes to customers' queries. Food can be pricey but a must try. INTERNET CONNECTION is really nice! Cozy for studying and making catch ups with friends

So far, i've tried hot latte, iced latte and iced caramel macchiato. 5/5; smoothest tasting coffee i've ever tried and it's not even expensive. Got my own bag of beans too. A must visit for coffee enthusiasts

The German owner Thomas was so pleasant and courteous. Excellent use and knowledge on local coffee beans and blends. His equipment for roasting coffee beans was impressive. His advocacy to help local farmers is something everyone should know and support. Kudos. Highly recommended. If you love coffee it would be a sin not to drop by.

The best coffee shop. Serves good quality coffee. Baristas are well trained. They say a Q Grader owns the cafe, so it is expected that this coffee shop serves good quality coffee from beans to cup. They roast and sell beans as well.

Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the place but perhaps next time! Coffee and other drinks here are always good! The prices rival coffee chains but the serving sizes are a little smaller compare to those places. Still, it is one of the best coffee places here in bacolod.

I can't say much since I've only been here once, but I will come back again some other time. The food was nice, Unfortunately, my camera doesn't do it justice. And I don't know what to say about the manual brew since I'm not quite a fan of black coffee and, being a complete mess— I didn't know how to ask for cream and sugar(I'm sure they allow it if you do ask). But I will say, their caramel macchiato is nice, also their banana bread, their chocolate croissants too. The staff is friendly, and everyone else seemed to be enjoying themselves.

I always come here with my colleagues to work and spend the day together. It's always fun to sit in the big table and get lost on the hours we spend during the day. We always love eating the ensaymada and ordering the coffee they serve. They also have the yummiest croissants. 🥐 A big bonus is that getting water is never a problem! You can always get free water from a pitcher on the side. I personally love ordering their flat white and you can even buy their coffee beans in which most are sourced from different regions of the Philippines. Overall, it's one of my favorite places to be and I am looking forward to the next time we hold our meetings there. 😊
