The first time I saw a Tom n Toms was in Seoul. But my mother and I decided against going inside one because we knew it was the Starbucks of Korea and we wanted the more local offerings. However, when they opened a store in Bacolod City in 2015, I was there within weeks. I enjoyed their coffee though I did not get a taste of their foods. Did not return there again until last November 2017, when I got back to Bacolod from Dumaguete early in the morning and needed a place for breakfast and some hot drinks with my mom. Just my luck, they were open for 24 hours and I settled on it. And what's more, they had already started their planner promo. I readily got a stamp card and earned three stamps on my first visit. Finished it all within a month and now I have a 2018 planner. That should say a lot about how I like Tom n Toms. They have excellent service and a wide variety of drinks. Their breads made me cringe the first time I saw them but at first bite I found that they were good. Though I suggest that one shares it with a companion because the syrup and honey can bee too sweet. The WiFi is also decent here and there are separate routers for each floor level, making it a good place for people to work at.

My office when in Bacolod, nice place to get some work down when you are out of town. Very spacious and clean. They have lots of choices on menu. Has decent wifi. A good place to hangout. I come to Bacolod on assignment and make it my first stop to get coffee and breakfast.

Place is quite nice. Lots of space. Also has a generator which is a plus. Still a bit pricey but better compared to other coffee shops.

Still, the best coffee shop in town. Absolutely love the fresh interior and the food, most especially the tortilla pizza and the garlic butter bread, is amazing🤗 We never fail to go here ever Sunday after mass to chill out and have delicious coffee and food. + The wifi is fast, which is very helpful if you’re someone who’s trying to do work in the area.

Korean inspired coffee with a local twist

Coffee is better than Starbucks. But the ambience was really bad as they kept playing really loud pop music and the staff were chatting with each really loudly. Not a great place to study or work, probably just to hangout with friends.

The place is very clean, the staff are very accomodating and very approachable! There's plenty of space and you can do your school works or office works here because they offer wifi, charge you phone/laptop while snacking/drinking just ask for the password at the counter☺️

I like the place, cozy and clean. A lot of students is styudying during our visit. The wifi is slow but it is manageable. Will come back to this if given the chance.

Quiet, has plugs, pricepoint for food and drinks is quite high like Starbucks / Black Scoop / other pricy cafes but if you want to work n stay somewhere for a while this is a nice place.

The biggest Tom N Toms coffee I’ve ever visited! Really, really spacious thanks to high ceilings of two floors. The aesthetics are on point. Plenty of tables and chairs. One can either enjoy dining air-conditioned or alfresco which can be found on both ground and second floors.

I was with my siblings and sisters-in-law; we had a great time catching up, talking about life and prayed for one another. The place was huge, clean, comfortable and could accommodate us 6! Staff were friendly and attentive to your needs too. The food tastes good as well! We came around 6PM and went off around 10PM. We'll definitely come back! ❤️❤️❤️

Nice place for a night cup.

No WiFi is why I would assume it wasn't packed full of students overstaying a simple coffee purchase and camping out for hours. It was a good thing actually. But the top is never open kind of disappointed with this.

The food that I have ordered are superbly delicious. I love how the sweetness level is edible for me (I can't handle too much sweet). The comfy space is limited. You can go up to the 2nd floor but it's not as comfy as the 1st floor, where the air condition is on. The place is clean, they have BaCTrac, the staffs are kind, the food is great.

I always love hanging out at Tom N Tom's! Great atmosphere and it's nice to work here since they have wifi, electricity and plenty of seating. Royal Milk Tea and Corn Pretzel are my personal faves.

You could just buy a single cup of coffee and you're allowed to stay there and enjoy their WiFi for an entire day!

Decent prices and good seating. The bathrooms however could use a little bit of maintenance. If you visit try to avoid rush hours as you might not get a seat. If you are looking for a quite place to have coffee this isn't it as it's also a hub for meetings between young professionals and young groups looking to hang out

Coffee way better than starbucks and a better deal!! Food is ok. Place is very clean and nice. I don't like the fact that school kids just hang around all time and take up space. No where to sit I noticed because of them. And they were not buying!!!

This cafe is an ideal spot for anyone looking to have good snacks in Home Site. They are located just before the traffic. I love their set up. The workers are humble and nice. I like the service they provided for us.

What I really like here is the TORTILLA PIZZA. Promise it’s very delicious but yeah, it’s quite expensive cuz the serving is very small that is good for one person only. With regards to the coffee, it’s just like any other coffee house. With the place, I kinda dont like it since it’s always full of students or working pipz who are staying for hours to make reports or study making the cafe very crowded.

Coffe and food are amazing. Three stars are for the staff that aren't accommodating.

Went here to work while I'm on a vacation. I ordered the strong coffee and it was really nice and strong! I loved the sweet potato pretzels. The internet connection was decent while i was there early, but slowed down so much when the place got full that i had to use my data. But still a great place to work while having coffee and pastries.

A bit pricy for a cup of flavored coffee but That's secondary. We actually pay for the place for staying there for unlimited time

I've been here many times with friends and this place never fails to satisfy not only our mouths but also our minds. The place is wide and cozy which makes it an ideal place to have small talks, to study or to just chill with friends. This time we had Tortilla Pizza, Chocolate Ice Cream Honey Bread, Cookies N Cream Tomnccino and Fruit Yogurt Smoothie. 🍽Tortilla Pizza is a bomb! Don't miss this one. The crust and the toppings are just perfect! Each bite melts in your mouth. I could have more of this. 🍽 The Chocolate Ice Cream Honey Bread is just fine. The ice cream on top was good but the bread was thick and hard. I didn't enjoy the bread. 🥤 The drinks we had were not outstanding but I love their coffee here. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Overall, it was another good experience with Tom N Toms Bacolod.

Aside from the tea drinks and food, what I love about Tom n Toms is the place. You get comfortable seats, or couch if you prefer. People are not crammed together, its spacious with tables a good distance from each other. The interior is well lighted too and it closes late than most coffee shops in the metro.

Staff were friendly. The AC from the 2nd level wasn't working. Might had been a cozy place to stay considering the space. But it was too warm for our group of 8.

Ordered a hot caramel macchiato: too sweet but overall okay. Crews are still nice despite being it too early in the morning (2am), and we ordered 11 drinks.
