An interesting place to visit with your kids and students. Every Ilonggo learner should see this museum. It is packed with artifacts and loaded with information that will give you a better understanding of the Ilonggo society as it evolved through the years.

It’s definitely worth a quick visit. There’s good emphasis on the history of trade and industry of Western Visayas. I think the overall structure and the flow of one section to another could still be improved to better synthesize the information presented.

A big museum which showcases how the Philippine economy evolved through time. For now they have exhibits from Iloilo province and a few from nearby regions on the ground and second floor. Nice woodwork, inside the building. This place used to be just a storage area, now its better utilized to show history. The entrance is free, you just have to follow CV19 protocols and signup at the kind guard at the entrance. The entrance for this is located at the back of the Iloilo city hall near Kerr and Co. #RP

Loved the interiors of this Museum. I think the structure is also part of the exhibit! I was taking photos of the stair details and stained windows. When I went there, the AC was out of order so the 2nd floor was a bit toasty. As for the exhibit, it was quite interesting. I hope they had an option for a guided tour though. I will be willing to pay extra for that experience. I rode a bike going to the museum and I just left it outside. There's a gate and a guard so it felt safe enough.

It’s an old park in Quezon City where one could have a short walk and relax under the trees. I hope people are still visiting this place. I think it looks good at night because there are lights in the park and the Remembrance Wall.

Good place to educate yourself about Iloilo's economic journey through the years from its conception. Bit bare bones and the informative text displays could be spruced up more to make it less of a trial to read.

Located right beside Iloilo City Hall, and in close the proximity of the Museum of Philippine Maritime History, the museum is housed at the Ynchausti y Compañia bulding (later known as the old COA Building). Entrance is free. The museum is home to various artifacts related to the Philippine economy, such as old bill, coin, jewelries, farming equipments, and piece of clothings. Definitely a must visit for locals and visitors alike.

One of the places in Quezon City replete with historical materials on the Martial Law period in the 70s. The materials well documented that period of Philippines history with most of the actors involved until the dictator was ousted in a people's rising popularly known as the EDSA People Power of 1986. Students, teachers, activists, government employees , officials and even ordinary citizens should visit the Bantayog ng mga Bayani to revisit our history,a defining moment at that, lest we forget our past. The Bantayog ng mga Bayani also has the hall of remembrance, where names of the martyrs during the martial law period and afterwards are enshrined.

This place was built in memory of former President Manuel L. Quezon. In English, it is called Quezon Memorial Circle. Inside the monument are the bodies of the former president and his first lady.
