An excellent venue for events and functions since it has multi-sized rooms from large halls to small meeting rooms . Each room has its own pantry or kitchen for caterers. The fact that it's been preserved over the decades makes it even more interesting. Some provincial govt offices are also located here.

Refurbished remains of the provincial seat of power of Iloilo and is now a convention destination anf further plans to redevelop the area as a government center for the povince of Iloilo. Also the 2nd judging area for the Dinagyang Festivities held during the 4th Sunday of January.

A must-visit in Iloilo! Glad that the local govt restored this building. You can also hold events here.

The architecture is so exquisite. It is reay a site to see near the city proper. This pkace is near to Mudeo de Iloilo and public offices. It's not that far and you can just take a jeep to go here. You'll enjoy the view of the house and the garden near it.

Take a short tour (5 minutes stroll around) here, it's a pleasant place.

Reminiscing the past in the 21st century. Lovely and cozy place for a banquet....local brands product center is housed. It is artistically grandiose and the facade is very appealing. Anybody can be in awe ....would some movie maker be inspired to capture its essence?

Very accesible. Jeepneys from Lapus Port, Tagbak Terminal and Molo Terminal pass by here. There are so many food establishments around the area and a hotel also.. This is just few steps away from the museum.

Casa Real has been transferred to a productive building with function halls for meetings, gatherings and activities by the government. Also, it has a public library for use.
