Have you ever tried to walk around at the back area of NGC? The place does not only offer the park in its front view but also its back area...from fitness aminities, where equipment were stationery in its place and manually manipulated to let everyone who use it, take an efforts for a better fitness results.. and there is also a spot that was quite and so calm that they call ZEN GARDEN which has concrete benches and landscapes with ornamental plants. The best feeling being here is to be surrounded by a lot of big trees, wide branches spreads and covers the place and making cool... I have not yet mentioned the basketball & volleyball open courts, the football field with vast area that sometimes use for the settlement of carnivals for amusement during masskara festival. If you are in the front of NGC why not to take a look at the beauty at back you will surely enjoy.

Beautiful place and can roam around. There are a lot of fishes on the fountain were you can feed them. Across the city hall, you can explore and eat. At the back of it there are a lot of bars and restaurant that offers drinks and live bands.

One of the best place I visited when I was in Bacolod. As its name it's in the center of the city. I visited in the evening because my fiance said it's beautiful when you go there in the evening.

Students usually visited this place to unwind and be relieved from stress. I myself together with my friends went here almost every afternoon to jog and to chat. It is good to be here during night time because of the impressive light displays that is paired with the fountain. Though grandiose at night, and so in the morning. When the morning twilight breaks a lot of people jog and walk here. The area developed throughout the years to boost tourism thus a lot of services and stores are available around.

The place is the new seat of power of Bacolod city. It also serves as a tourist destination. Fronting the building is a fountain filled with koi fish. Surrounding the building are food hubs and other stablishment that you can chill in.

The place is picturesque! The City Hall is so engulfing! And the Bacolod signage is so accessible. Plus affordable seafood resto are located here and a lot more resto serving other dishes. When you go to Bacolod this is a must-visit. 😍😍

It's a beautiful City Hall with a large fountain and grass area in front. There were breachers set up on the grassy area for maybe a future outside event.

A must-visit landmark in Bacolod when it's your first time here. You'll find a fountain and a marker that says "Bacolod". And also, I suggest you take the public transportation if you want to go here (if you don't have your own vehicle with you). The fare is cheap when you take the e-jeep (looks like a mini bus). You can ride that e-jeep coming from SM City Bacolod Northwing. When we came to BGC (Bacolod Government Center), Grab cars are not so responsive online when we checked Grab app (if they available for a trip to The Ruins). However, here's the tip that you need to consider: Knowing how to commute like a local will give you lots of advantages. You can ask locals here which jeepney to ride and where to stop, if you have plans to go to the Ruins after visiting BGC. Note: Visited last June 11, 2023

Nice place to pass by and lots of food places to satisfy your cravings. There are also blind people who offer massage. Place is well secured with police patrol cars doing rounds all day and night. Place is a government center after all .

For me, best time to visit this place is at night. Lighting are wonderful plus the structure of the building is so beautiful to look at. Pretty common but the lighting makes it look great. Lots of people hanging out and there are also lots of restaurants available in the area.

NGC is where the new Bacolod city hall is located. Around the city hall is the circumferential road, and side streets where people can walk around or even jog. There are grasses where I see groups placing mats to sit and have a small picnic. In front of the city hall is a water fountain and the big Bacolod letters for photo opportunity. Very near the area is the Market place where restaurants and bars can be found.

a nice place to visit for a quick getaway. chill and enjoy the crowd. children playing, running and crying all night. street foods are available for a quick snack.

Still, a lot of people are visiting this place.

It seems to be well maintained and is occasionally themed to match the current festival. On a regular (mid)night it's nice and quiet. It could use a few more security guards though as you never know when less friendlier people are roaming about.
