Its one of the best place to go when you want to stay away from the busy malls. They have pretty much everything from famous to local brands and well known restaurants and famous coffee shops.

90% of the spaces where stores are supposed to be are empty. There is a Ribshack, a Yellow Cab, a decent enough Super Metro grocery/department store for basic stuff, some scary looking Cafe, and a chicken place where dreams go to die. Just a depressing mall. Even the workers looked like they had given up on life years ago.

This place only has the following as of today (4/18/2022): -supermarket, appliances and clothes in one place with the grocery -mini booths for foods and dry goods -iqor, BPO company with thousands of employees -ace hardware -restaurants like Yellow cab, Bob's, an ice cream store (i forgot the name) and some karinderias are still available

It's a quite convenient and spacious place, great for family outing, dining, dating and name what you want you get it here! Cool ambiance with trees and play grounds for kids. Convenient store is nearby and mall at the other side. Hmmm.. Isn't it amazing? 😍

Bonding time and needs refreshing time you can do here as long as you can.

If only all malls have the comfort room of district malls.

A relaxing mall thanks to its open air/garden style ambiance. Army Navy is one burger joint that make The District - North Point my place to go to. The store for Xbox and Ps4 games at the 2nd level inside the main building. It has very reasonable prices compared to other stores in other malls.

The Best Place in Talisay. Cool and full.of previledges such as free playground and free taste of their some delicacies and products and very affordable price in groceries.

Its the most convenient place when you are a resident of Ayala N.P. Less gas less long drive a min or two and follow protocols .

If you want some quiet time while inside a mall.visit this place!

The place looks old already (not well maintained). Less shops, it's nice if you live near the area easy access for grocery.

Most of the stores transferred already on Capitol.

Peaceful little mall to shop and dine in! They've unfortunately removed a lot of the convienient shops and my personal favorites like Army Navy but it is still a decent mall.

Nice and quiet. Many shops closed down though. Perfect place for introverts like me.

I had a bad experience with a marshall who was rude to us within the vicinity. This is not the best business practice. Can you guys train these guys to have good manners. Epic fail

It was kinda.. meh. Most of the shops are closed early in the evening. There's a 7-Eleven at the end. There's also a fountain which is unique. There's also a playground for kids. We may have enjoyed the place if we came mid-afternoon so we could've visited all the shops. This is the only photo I have and also I'll upload a vid of a cat I found in the place which is really cute. Its somewhere there in the vids section of Google Map since I'm not allowed to post it together with photos.

Many restaurants and clean nice places. The public cr needs a remodeling.

The mall is clean, security guards are friendly and helpful.

Grocery has a large selection of clothing & housewares. Facility was clean and neat. Employees were professional & courteous.

I hope the whole interior mall will finally open again to the public with more stores for us to enjoy shopping within the North Point community.

One bank is accesible and parking space. There is a nice park to stay besides it.

I am a regular customer and it's disappointing to think that an item left at your store (tumbler left in cart by accident) cannot be redeemed because it's no longer there. It was closing hours so it's unlikely that other customer's took it. I don't even think there were other buyers following our line as the store is about to close (literally the lights are being shut down already.

Just only a few shops open but the best thing about the establishment is there are a lot of food stalls you can choose from at a very affordable price.

Nice place to stop by for groceries or shopping and has decent restos and 7-11 with guards and large parking space.

Sometimes dropped by this place to buy some grocery items which I could not find to some other stores inside Talisay Public Market...

I do shopping at ayala,i really loved the quality of the products available in one of the boutique.I enjoy the fatcs that people are amazed when you get there and lots of christmas lights and booming sound at the entrance mall.

I dont have to go to other grocery stores. Its already complete
