Poeple here are so approachable especially in SM Engineering Team.

They have everything you need for your departmebt store and daily grocery. Service is good and fast. It's a big place to enjoy shopping. The price is reasonable and affordable... It's suoermarket is in the ground floor... there are lots of stores inside too. Nice to shop and hang out here. Lots of things to do.

I like SM City because after a sumptuous meal you can stroll all you want.

One-stop mall. The South and North Points are great additions.

Very hygiene and tidy. A cool place for most of your stuffs. Wide variety of food, clothing stores and a lot. Very well managed too.

The place to be for your shopping items with alots of restaurant to choose from. May it be your school supplies, shoes & bags, grocery items, medicines, furnitures, hardware, home appliances and banks too. A good place to chill with friends and family shopping of daily needs. Most of all they have free wifi for an hour to connect with your mobile phones to chat and video call your friends and family members. "They have it all for you!"

Lots to do while hanging out. If you travel here in Iloilo City, this has always been a nice site to visit with your family and friends. There are several fast food restaurants and dinning establishments. In their South Wing and North Points, there is moreover a snack kiosk. In general, the Mall is enormous, and the cinema underwent a fantastic comprehensive makeover.

The mall right now has few limitations especially for youngsters. One still needs to walk through following directional arrows. But still an awesome mall.. Keep safe..

Probably the best mall in the city. This place has really transformed into an international standard mall from what it was in the early 2000s. I was real impressed to see more international brands and upgraded areas such as the cinema as well as a new wing to the mall.

One of the biggest Malls in Iloilo, and it was super crowded, even on a weekday. Maybe kids were having vacations, could see almost all stores full, except the expensive eateries. Wasn't very impressed with most of the stores inside either. Like the employees itself seemed rude or not bothered.

They're like a SM City Bacoor or Fairview.. but this time, you'll see a lot of Ilonggo products, accessories and fashionable traditional attire. And it's just across our hotel! It's heaven!

This place DO operate pretty well despite of the pandemic. Regulations are strictly implemented and timely since they allow digital registrations for log-ins. The staffs are well taught with discipline. Foods are fantastic and clean. Despite the numbers of people in it, it's not crowded and can maintain good distance.

Its very wide kind of shopping mall. Theres only few seating area or couch that people can seat. I hope u can add more couch or chair ofcourse with poster of social distancing coz its still pandemic.😁

I love the cleanliness of SM IloIlo and it's location is just nearby the neighboring tourist attractions of the City like Esplanade, Festive Walk, and Casa de Emperador... All nice places to visit to if you are a tourist.

Always a go-to. It's nicer now because of the buskers all around the mall. One is near the food court so the dining experience there is cozier.

The place is really nice. There are lot of shops you can visit. What I love the most is the lounge where you can have some quiet place to stay and have a tea or coffee. 💕

One of the better SM experiences. One of the best in Phillipines. Unlike the smaller SM malls, this mall shows much more variety and selection. Actually even some shop to shop competition that makes the experience so much better. However, they still run prehistoric payment checkout systems that kills the experience as they create massive lines. Just two or three customers ahead of you in the payment line sometimes means that you have to wait 30+ minutes just to pay. A lot of room for improvement!

SM city is a popular mall here in the Philippines. Lots of different restaurants and shopping opportunities. Great place to escape the sweltering heat. The photos are of a lechon restaurant I liked called Lechon Haus. Located on the basement level near one of the malls exits

Top notch mall. Large, clean, lots of variety in the shops. A local transportation hub just outside includes local shuttles and a shuttle to/from the airport. They invite buskers in to liven things up in the evenings.

Very big mall. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take a picture inside but, to be honest, in my opinion, this is the best mall in Visayas.

Seems mostly vacant now. Very little there to attract a crowd.

Shopping here is fun. Too crowded on weekend. There's not many places where you can sit and rest after walking around. Wide variety of food choices and shopping stalls.

It is a pretty decent SM branch. I do not have any note worthy memory of the place, it's still better than the Bacolod branch I visited though...

This is a top mall in Iloilo City. This is famous amongbthe public that ia why plenty people go here. Plenty restaurants and shops can be found here. It is acccessible via public transport.

Unexpectedly massive mall! They have all the brands we have in Manila, amazing. I didn't feel that I was in the province, very city. Accessible to all public transport.

Like any other SM Mall, it does not disappoint. What I liked about this mall is if you are here for a vacation and you have lots of baggage, you can leave it at the baggage section for a minimal fee (Php 30-60). You can even take a bath and stay at the lounge (and charge your gadgets).

The mall in itself is fine and there is plenty to choose from. Fortunately the airconditioning nowadays is a tolerable temperature, it's not as cold as it used to be!🙏 There is a whole new attachment to it which is fully coveren with solar panels.

Style Residences is just walking distance from SM City Iloilo. Very convenient for Condo Owners to go for shopping and mailing.

I'm not a fan of any SM. Not that there a bad place just so big and I can think of places I would rather be but I have arranged to meet a friend here for lunch. Shakey's seemed like a good place to meet here.

Due to covid there's a lot of procedure to be follow. I could say that SM city ILoilo plan the flow of traffic within accordingly.

SM City Iloilo has always been a place that MUST be visited with your family if you want to unwind,enjoy,bond and getaway from problems.The place is great,lots of quality establishments,foods and even staffs but the only flaw would be if you want to take s bathroom break,the place is huge and you'll get confuse there's not many signs that lead you to the Comfort rooms.Overall the place is great I love it.

The AC is a big plus for me who's so used to cold temperature in another country. Temp is more comfortable compared to Robinson's. I think the mall could use more parking spaces. Maybe a parking garage with multiple levels will be very beneficial which is very common for SM malls all over the country. Sales clerks are very accommodating which is an expectation for department stores. Overall, I had pleasant experiences every time I stop by.

Big shopping mall ..Everything is there...from pasalubong delicacies.... and our favorite old time Teds lapaz batchoy...must try to eat when you are at Iloilo...if you not use of cold temp...must wear with long sleeve shirt...I like the place..

The mall itself is nice BUT they do something in this mall, something what i never saw in any other mall. When you come with your own car and you want to enter to the parking lot than you will see that the security there is only checking the trunk of a sedan type of car while they let every other car, like pickup or suv, pass through without checking them.

Great place to dine! They also have free parking lots.

Great shopping happens here every day. This is the biggest shopping mall in Iloilo City. I love this place.

Same old same old. Nothing much to see. Still very accessible to the Hotel where I am staying at. You'll basically get everything you need at the mall. Not sure about the cinema though. My friend told me, the cinema is still not available.

Our most visited shopping mall. Food restaurant choices is definitely the best reason that we go here so often. All types of service are available in the complex from beauty treatments and haircuts to buying goods like electronics and even flowers. A good option is to buy your grocery first and leave your purchases at the bag deposit, then go eat at the many restaurants. Downside is NOT having the cinema available because of the pandemic. Manila SM mall of Asia cinema was open so I can only imagine it is a local govrenment ruling.
