Gaisano Grand Mall is an old shopping center that has been around for quite some time. Despite its age, it is still a reliable place to shop, with a wide range of stores and products available. However, it is not well-maintained and could benefit from some renovations and updates. The facilities and amenities are not as modern as those found in newer malls, and the overall appearance of the mall could be improved. Despite these issues, the mall is still a popular destination for many shoppers due to its convenient location and the variety of stores it offers. Overall, Gaisano Grand Mall is a reliable but somewhat dated shopping destination that could benefit from some attention to maintenance and upkeep.

The grocery section offers a wide array of affordable products compared with other mall competitors. They have many vegemeat options, wide selection of fruits & vegetables..During weekdays shopping experience is smooth sailing..Parking area is adequate...

A department store with parking lots. You can also buy here bread and pastries, kitchen utensils..there is also greenwhich pizza ang Jollibee.

Their grocery and department store has plenty of choices but could get really humid. Seems like their central AC is not working. Affordable goods.

Staff seems to lack in communication most of the time. Some cashier accept e payments some don't. Some have no clue lol.

Not much shops in this area, but nice to spend time with family, its peacefull and convinient. I went to POEA which is located inside the mall, the staff OF POEA Bacolod are very friendly and helpfull to all OFW's. Thanks GAISANO Bacolod MALL....

This is the place for OFW. POEA office at the second level where you can have an OEC Certificate, Pag-ibig Fund and also a great shopping for anything you need.

Pretty cool place. You won't feel the heat if you are inside this futuristic mall. 10x better than SM.

If not for some of the government offices located in this mall, it's not worth going to. The airconditioning system is poorly managed and in some areas it's not even working.

Dry goods, groceries, school supplies, furniture and many more are available here. Very affordable prices.

Went to this mall to go to LBC and to Negros Grace Pharmacy. Gaisano needs to do something about this mall, like repair the mall or renovate. The mall has a flare (still) to it. They have Bob's, National Book Store, Watson, Greenwich, Jollibee, Negros Grace Pharmacy and a government office inside. I mean, they have a big parking area, right?

Doing renovations when I visited, some shops were closed, looked somewhat abandoned

Has a lot of the old stores, but also some new ones. TGP (The Generic Pharmacy) is a bit bigger, but it's now at the front entrance on the right hand side just a short distance after National Book Store. On the left side just after Bob's Bakery (Where Pizza Hut was located) is a smaller than usual Watson's Drug Store. Most of the broken floor tiles have been replaced. Grace Pharmacy is still in the location it was in. Lottery is still in the location it has always been in, under the stairs in the left corridor. The Timex store is gone and a cell phone store is there. The sandal store is gone (TGP) location I think. Didn't go into the Department or Grocery Store sections.

Good mall, reasonably priced.

A good place for grocery shopping. A lot of options available. The mall has a small department store where you can shop for clothes, has national bookstore and other necessities.. also has PAG-IBIG fund inside. very wide parking. Very accessible.

It has been looking dreadful for years, but I noticed that it is improving in recent months. A good place for a quick shop, but don't expect that it has everything you need. The hardware and department store is a bit more expensive compared to other newer malls.

Parking will never be a problem although the place is quite old. Cheap items can be seen

Lots of choices for clothes. But its so hot inside their 2nd floor mall.

The mall has good parking possiblities, low prizes of products and have lots of sales or discounts for items that they are selling.But there's only few people visiting the place due to old construction of the mall.

The place needs more upkeep especially the ATM machines outside. There's only limited stores you can visit, too as most of them closed down.

Still a good mall to visit, where your basic needs are available at reasonable variety to choose from. Parking space is wide. Taxi lane is also organized at the side.

If you want affordable and good quality shirts and jeans. Grocery and ets. Thats the place to be. You can also go to the main in the city center. Yet cashier takes time when paying the goods.
