An accessible and comfortable place

I love dropping by Citymall because of the clean CR and the foodcourt.

Small mall, but with a few department stores and supermarket. Enough to get your basics.

Nice to have this near our area. You have almost everything you need for your day to day needs

I liked it here. It is not very common for me to find competing hardware stores, and drugstores in one building. Parking spaces were aplenty. The establishment is very accessible to both private cars, and public transport.

CityMall is small...but big enough for daily needs with SaveMore, UNO, DIY, AceHardware and more.

The place is quite cozy with plenty of space to sit and relax and enjoy their food. I bought a cake from red ribbon and was frustrated they dont give discounts to senior citizens

Nothing much happening in the mall. Some vacant spaces... food court's just Jollibee Chowking and Mang inasal. All under the umbrella of Jollibee and not really good value and choices. Grocery's sm savemore which is pricey compared to other groceries. A hardware store, ukay2x store and a few cellphone shops.

Smallish mall by Philippines standards. Has the basic stores required to shop in a western fashion. It's the first mall you encounter coming into Bacolod from the south, which makes it easy in and out in a city known for traffic along the National Highway.

simple area, for groceries, pay bills, a salon and a food court. has MR DIY, UNO, Ace Hardware, Mercury Drug and a few phone stores.

This mall is no longer being maintained well. Using the comfort rooms were unpleasant experience and the aircon is not working even at night time and it's still hot inside.

Accessible and you kind of have everything there 🤏🤷‍♀️

I only went here once to buy groceries and eat lunch because we (my hubby & little one) just arrived from the south of Cebu via land trip and we had to pick up a friend who was waiting near CityMall. When we went inside to find somewhere to eat. We found ourselves in a foodcourt with different food stalls from Jollibee, Mang Inasal, Chowking, and more. It was crowded. So crowded that you have to wait a while for some seats to be vacant. It would have been better if there where also restaurants within the CityMall vicinity because restaurants are less crowded but there was none. Just the foodcourt. So yeah, there we were, eating Mang Inasal (my husband's fave). I also love Mang Inasal but the place, the venue, it was crowded. On the bright side, we were able to eat yummy Mang Inasal and our tummies were full. LOL I also found an ACE Hardware inside the mall just near the SaveMore supermarket Unfortunately, they only have few displays and the one I was looking for was not available. The comfort room is just near SaveMore supermarket and their set-up inside the female cr is quite good. Many cubicles are available to use and the sinks with vanity mirrors are also great. Although some faucets are not working. I don't know about the male cr because I did not go inside there.

This mall offers only a few choices of stores forIthe public. I was rallying to buy a washing machine, but we ended up choosing the last remaining item in the appliance store inside. Nevertheless, it's good that there's mall at this area in BCD. Geographical convenience is commendable.

Inside this mall you will find savemore grocery. Also, they have huge foodcourt where you can find fast-food stalls. They also have shops for brand new clothes and secondhand clothes. Outside they have a parking space but more parking space on the rooftop of the building

A mall with no ATM inside. There's a BDO across the streets which is often offline. 😑 The bathroom cubicles, most are locked! And the flush is not working. They have an arcade for the kids, Ace Hardware, DIY, Mercury, Savemore, and a lot more.

Nice place for eats.. Airconed and easy to get here.. Ample parking spaces but sometimes full.. Prices are reasonable...friendly people around.

A shopping mall almost complete of your daily needs like groceries, dry goods house n office furnitures, cellphones, clothes snd kicthen needs

Security was friendly and helpful on arrival. Food area was hot and not very well ventilated but the stands were good and the staff friendly and helpful. The shops were good with friendly helpful staff and clean CR.

It's close to where I live. I go often there. It's convenient. Good

This is a fairly in expensive type mall. This area use to be a somewhat challenging area, with girlie bars and other drinking establishments. Now there is this City all, with a save more Grocery store along with some famous fast food restaurants here. I just popped into a furniture store here that was quite large. I think the prices are not as attractive for the location. Example this table I can purchase in other areas within this province for 1/3 of the price asked for here. Good luck in your sales.

Convinient and near to our place. You can have a mall where most of your needs can be found here. Food, clothing, hardware and etc...

Not too crowded best place to shop

Its nice Been there a lot for paying my bills Its near the savemore supermarket They have parking spaces although there are many people going enroute on this road near the parking space theres no one guarding it
