Customer service needs to improve.

A lot of store that you can access, some sell delicious food and some offer some phone repair and other more

The guards did not pacify.I am customer of pandesal suddenly this person nagged and made scandalous verbal statement.left me nervous and humiliated.there is guard who is not in uniform.and he forced me to go to police station without my consent.and the one who made scandal.and verbal.statement they protected and escorted to the police.I explained to them.thw truth but never listen.this guard cause me trauma.I have no privacy and easily attacked by stranger while.you were dine in.person attacked me is not customer of centroplex.but they eacorted and turn out that I was the one mistake..too much trauma and my money was taken away by this person inside centroplex.

Had so much great and nostalgic childhood memories in this place. Had my first movie here (mulan, i was 11 yrs old). Back in the days (1990s), aside from gaisano and plaza mart, this was the go to place because of nice food court and great cinema. Most people now prefer sm and robinsons for shopping. Still giving this a 5 star for convenience especially grocery needs.
