My first Inasal in Bacolod. Their Inasal is delicious but is a little dry for me, but that was taken cared by the chicken oil and their soy sauce. Price is fair, service is nice. They accept card payments. Overall a nice experience for a first Bacolod Inasal.

First time to try Chicken House since we often eat in the stalls at Manokan Country. The chicken is juicy but bland for our liking. The liver tasted good though. For the isol, we expected it to be bigger in reference to other inasalans that we tried in the city, but it's really small (check the pic) bitin, though good flavor. Other items we tried are baticulon, paa and bbq(this is good). The good service of their staff is a plus for us. The manong who served us is really friendly and hospitable. Btw, they have non-aircon room and airconed room with 10% additional charge as per their menu.

The most famous brand of Chicken inasal in Bacolod. Their version is less oily than most and has big amounts of annato or atsuete to color the meat and calamansi for that tangy taste. The chicken is moist and juicy while being crispy outside. Unlike the Aida's version that is marinated with more soy sauce and constantly basted with oil.

This branch has been the most consistent so far. Chicken and spareribs are always juicy and portions are just right. Serving time is average and the waiters are often friendly. Probably on my top spot for chicken inasal in Bacolod right now. Masskara’s okay but their spareribs are not as good as Chicken House’s. The Alijis branch is also great but it’s not as accessible.

Ate here in Feb 2023 for lunch and regret to have to say that the inasal (paa, li-og, isol and atay) in this place were just mediocre. Nena's Rose, Aida's and even Chicken Deli's (paa) are better in terms of flavor, mouthfeel and overall freshness of the chicken. And what's up with adding 10% to the bill when eating at the airconditioned AREA (not a private function room)?

One of our places for Comfort Food! Lechon Manok (whole chicken) is a favorite. Plus the paa (leg) and fried rice They also have Bacolod delicacies like piaya, barquillos, etc. 🥰
